I really enjoy living here! The grounds are so pretty and the staff is amazing. The neighbors are so nice and I feel safe here. I only have 1 issue - the community wide WiFi/cable is a PAIN in the rear. I’ve had to wait on hold with Spectrum so long so many times and STILL don’t have my cable set up. I haven’t even had cable in probably 12 years, so I don’t even want the cable but I figured since its included in the expensive package, I should at least set it up. But it’s proving to be more of an expensive, time consuming pain than anything.

I love staying here!! I renewed my lease this year and I don’t regret it one bit. Anytime I call about a concern they come that same day even if it was something I misunderstood the maintenance team is very understanding and will take their time to help you💖 The maintenance team here is amazing I love looking outside to see the beautiful water fall and how neat the lawn is.

I’ve lived here for over a year now and I haven’t had any issues. First time I toured I fell in love with this community and Gabby was helpful in helping me choose a unit. The apartment was clean prior to move-in and the maintenance team even mounted my tv at no additional cost. Peaceful and serene environment. No regrets!!

I absolutely love living at Proximity. It is very quiet and family friendly. Each and every one of the staff members are more than amazing. The women who run the front end know what there doing and have exquisite customer service skills. The maintenance men are friendly and work quickly and thoroughly to get the job done. Living at Proximity really makes you feel safe and at home. If you ever need anything or have concerns they are all more than happy to help. I love my apartment, it is updated and our patio is huge. I enjoy all of our amenities and the grounds are kept up beautifully. Shoutout

Currently living here. We moved here in March 2020. Everything started out good. We have a very nice view and our apartment is very nice.
However, the bad is currently outweighing the good. They sold us on “Food Truck Fridays”, I’ve probably only seen 3 maybe 4 since moving in. Another huge problem for us is maintenance. The maintenance guy is super nice and they come very quick after putting in a request. However, our ac unit has to be no good. We called them 5 times to fix it last year, the temperature in our place reached 85 and above. With a newborn in with us, it wasn’t a good situation
