Had a few maintenance requests after we moved in. One, the heater wouldn't work and is a Google Nest. The team came out and helped get it working - crucial during the snowy days!! Second, our dishwasher was leaking. The team came in, realized we needed a better seal, fixed it it about 5 mins. Hasn't leaked since! We also couldn't use our door code with Dwelo but they told us to contact Dwelo support to get that fixed. Our interactions have been nice and professional. Infinitely better than our previous leasing company

One star.
The manager is cool too but you can tell that corporate kind of tells them what to do. I think that living here has been nice in the beginning but has slowly degraded over time due to people moving in to the town houses across the street and Airbnb being allowed to now be here along with Kasa rental apartments. It is definitely overcrowded there is no parking and people will park in the middle of the street because there is no parking and that has been a safety issue because I can't tell you how many times I've almost been hit by another car coming in from the main road but

Worst Apartment in Charlotte! This is a expensive ghetto, and a poor use of $2000 every month. Was looking for the Uptown experience but instead got unsecured buildings, weed in every hallway, loud parties EVERY weekend, police constantly here, and Major theft concerns. My car has been hit & broken into by breaking the glass window. Beware of the tours, they take you to the “prized” hall where you will be sheltered from what you will really get. Strangers always in the building because they also run a very poorly managed Airbnb service. Andrew the property manager is cowardly and sends his

Quality and value is decreasing. Residents used to have 24-hour access to the mail room, gym, and lounge areas. All LOCKED during certain hours now and told it’s because of COVID. Residents use to have the comfort and safety of gated parking, The bryant blue print DID NOT allot for each resident to have a PARKING space in the community.
The bryant also issues fines equal to a months payment of valet trash if you make 1 mistake- no warning. The lease states they can only charge you $50 and they charge $25-75 (and pick +choose who to charge)
The office staff smoke vapes inside the office & they

Not what it used to be. The Bryant was an amazing place to live when it first opened. Now, not so much. Was sold on ample parking as well as a state of the art community center that would be 24/7. During the height of the pandemic they changed the hours and said it was because of Covid-19, months later nothing has changed. Property will nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING. Valet Trash fines that are double to price of the valet trash monthly fee (which you can’t opt out of). Parking is HORRIBLE! Cars parked in the gated lot not in a parking space, sometimes in the way of 2 way traffic in the lot

I moved in 8-27-21, on 9-17-21 I woke up to what appears to be a gun shot or BB gun hole in my bedroom window. (Pics attached)
I immediately contacted the office, the property manager (Andrew) was completely unaware of what or how to handle the situation. Andrew informed me that he called other communities in the area to figure out what to do. I was told a police officer would be called and a report would be made to determine what happened. I was told I was going to be informed about my possible options to secure my safety. I requested options on how to move forward with this traumatic experience

By far the BEST apartment complex I have been at!! I just moved in about three days ago now and everyone has been super supportive and helpful of my move.
I am slightly disabled as I was in a car accident and the leasing agent Marlee even helped me move in my belongings that way I did not have to strain my broken wrist.
Dawn the maintenance man is AWESOME!! So witty and funny, absolutely recommend living here

Let's just say these apartments seem nice but I have a couple pretty large issues that never seem to be taken seriously.
The first is parking. I PAY to live here. Yet people who obviously don't live here get to take up the resident parking and I end up walking across the whole complex away from my building because of that. They also just let people park where they want. On the curb... on the grass. Most of the time I can't back up out of my parking spot or even pull into a parking spot because of cars parked in places that are not even spaces. The complex says they take parking

It's a fine place to live. My roommate and I made the most of it at least. Here are my major call outs that make living at the Bryant an incredibly frustrating experience:
- most importantly: Felt totally unsafe!!
- Anyone over 5 ft can easily reach over the gates and let themselves in to the "gated complex". They went cheap on everything, including keeping their residence safe and minds at ease.
- There have been people that do not live here drinking on the hoods of their car in our parking lot on multiple occasions; this makes living on the first floor super uncomfortable and

The apartments look good but I would be very cautious about renting. I'm not telling anyone to not live here, but here are some things I wish I would've done before I decided to stay here. First things first, finding parking is impossible. It's not enough spaces in the guest lot or inside the gate, so if you get off of work late it'll be a hassle trying to find a spot. I didn't know this would be an issue because I moved in when the community was on the newer side. Also, if you have guests you have to come downstairs to let them in. Secondly, the apartment aesthetically

Im a current resident in a top floor unit. They have a fungus beetle infestation they didn't want to tell anyone about. Their solution was to spray the roof with chemicals and not tell any of the residents about what's going on. I have experienced these bugs crawling in my bed, crawling out of the vents, getting on my furniture, getting on food in my kitchen (because they're coming out of the flood lights/lighting fixtures in the apt), and crawling on me for several weeks. I went to management about this and now I'm getting ignored. If you decide to rent an apartment here please

These apartment are nice but once you make a right you’ll be in the hood. It’s 100 people by the pool area. Never any parking after 8pm and you might be parking on the side walk. And if you’re coming home late just forget about it. Only been here for a little and my car was broken into from parking in the streets, terrible. No one cleans after themselves here. It’s a shame because the apartments are pretty decent. And too many college kids.

To be honest, I have not seen such a fantastic team of management that we have here at the Bryant apartments. Andrew & Kiana are very helpful whenever you reach out to them for anything and at the same time are very professional & polite. The maintenance team also is very quick and responsive to our needs all the time. I have lived here for almost a year and love the way this community is designed be it the apartments or the amenities. The club house is also always clean and fantastic. The apartments are also equipped with the latest and power saving appliances. Overall a very nice place to live

What not to love about the Bryant?! The staff is always cordial and willing to help. A special shout-out to Andrew and Cassandra for always being so kind, compassionate and professional. Maintenance is always quick, efficient and some of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. The amenities are top of the line. The location is extremely convenient (5-10 min to everything like noda, south end, airport and Midwood). I personally love the events that even with covid kept happening like create your pizza and taco (kuddos for creativity). Truly love calling the Bryant my home for another year. Keep up
