If you like your car getting broken into every weekend, throw up In the hallways, fire alarms that go off weekly, and overpriced rent you’ll love it here. Have had to call the police three time since living here about men breaking into cars at night. You have to pay to park in a garage that is unsafe. Rent is super expensive and they can’t even afford to have working fire alarms. Please don’t live here if you want a safe and clean experience.

Another massively overpriced apartment complex that literally feels like a motel when you walk in. It's nice but you can get a house (or you used to be able to till they started building all of these disgusting megaplexes) for what they charge in rent, parking is atrocious, it's only redeeming feature is it's walking distance from plaza Midwood beyond that it's literally identical to every other new retro modern looking apartment complex that they have thrown up on every corner in P/M thereby pushing the rent up on all the single family homes to where the middle class income can't even live in

I worked with Danielle to lease my new apartment. I was apartment hunting from out of state, and it is stressful, but working with Danielle made the process so much easier. She has gone above and beyond to answer all my questions, respond promptly to my emails, and make sure I have everything I need to call Charlotte home. She sent me photos and videos of the apartment and others to make an informed decision. She even provided options so I could have a place within my price range. Was looking for a place to live in with my partner in plaza midwood. Came across what I thought would be the perfect fit. Unfortunately my experience with the leasing consultant was horrible. No follow ups, poor communication, etc. Basically had to chase them down to get information out of them. Apparently their customer service is known to be bad from some tenants I know that already live there too.

First, they stopped accepting checks for rent, which is completely understandable. We set up the online payment which we thought was successful. Rent was not taken from my account and instead of them notifying me, they provided me with an eviction notice. They admitted to not attempting to contact me. When I went it to resolve this, no one was apologetic... all they did was say this is not their fault (and made me pay the court costs associated with their filing)

I have had a terrific experience already. The leasing staff is extremely responsive and helpful, the location is incredible, the amenities are great, and the apartments are beautifully laid out and updated. You really can't beat this value. I can't believe how low my rent is for everything I get!

I’ve lived here going on two years now. The apartment is in a great location in terms of the city, with easy access to uptown and a lot of local shops. You cannot beat the walkability of this apartment. The staff is friendly and puts on great events. The residents are even nice and look after one another. Yes, there is noise from surrounding apartments, but if you don’t want that, living outside the city in a house would be a better option. First off let me say "Topaz" (Lessing agent who showed us around) was AMAZING!
We stopped here on a whim because I literally just got off a flight and was in dire need of some breakfast. However, since one of the main reasons for flying out here was to view some apartments in the area, I thought I would stop here since I really liked the building as I was driving pass.

Poor Management, Poorly Designed. Poor Acoustical Sound Absorption ( I could here my neighbors phone Vibrating, It's very noisy after hours), the pool is not usable year round unless you enjoy freezing water. The building surrounds it and blocks the sun from hitting the pool. The amenity space is poorly managed (TV in club/lounge rarely worked and there was rarely coffee re stocked and when this was brought up to management along with noise complaints nothing was done about it. With all of the options Charlotte has to offer, I would advise staying far away from here. I have called the office and security about domestic disputes in the apartment below mine on multiple occasions and management has done nothing to successfully address the issue. There was yelling/fighting downstairs as recently as yesterday. My neighbors upstairs have an enormous dog that runs laps overhead all day/night and when I spoke to management about it, I was told that they cannot restrict how someone lives in their apartment - despite the lease contract saying that pets cannot be a disturbance to

I resided here 3/12/2018 - 3/30/2019. I will give you the good, bad and VERY BAD details of living at One305.
(LOVED): The area. You can easily walk to an organic grocery store, restaurants, and amazing bars. Almost everything else is a $5 Uber away.
(LIKED): The amenities. They are average. The pool is in the middle of the apartment complex, and the sun only shines there for 1-3 hours

Love love love this place! I moved in Feb for the location, which is literally the best, everything is within 3 blocks - definitely staying for next year. I love food and I eat something different like every night, and this neighborhood has everything. I live off the courtyard which is about to open and it is gorgeousss.
My apartment's living room and balcony are huge and the finishes were BY FAR the best out of all the places I checked out before moving (toured over 10 spots, I'm really picky). Lol kind of surprised stars aren't higher. I know parts were still being built the past few months

I've lived here for almost a year. My first place to live in Charlotte, by way of Fort Lauderdale. The location is awesome. Walking distance to tons of restaurants, breweries, bars, and stores. The pool is a great spot to hang out during the summer. And the neighbors have a great network to organize get togethers and events.
Prices seem to be pretty on-point and competitive to the local places. I love the kitchen layout and the styling of my layout. Granite countertops and stainless appliances.
The office staff is very accommodating and always willing to help out. Quick hint: ask

I love this place! The apartment is tastefully designed with things like a tile backsplash in the kitchen, painted walls, wood floors, and baseboards throughout. The community itself is also very nice, and very dog friendly! My two Boston's love it here, and love going for strolls through the surrounding neighborhoods!

I have lived at One305 Central since October 2016 and just recently moved apartments to live in the new Plaza Building. From day one, the team here has gone above and beyond to make sure that every detail of my moves have gone off without a hitch. Living in the original building was great but I am loving my new apartment in The Plaza. The community in general is in a fantastic neighborhood that is up and coming. I recommend this complex for the following reasons: Apartment Layout, Location, Amenities, Office Response, and Events.
I moved to Charlotte from Atlanta and in comparison to what I would have to pay in Atlanta for the above mention reasons, this place is a "gem". It is brand new, so there have been some "wrinkles to iron out", but overall, it was the right decision.

Love my apartment and the location is so close to everything. Moo and Brew is right across the street along with a crazy little hole-in-the-wall bar called Thirsty Beaver. Harris Teeter, Pizza Peel, Dish and Legion Brewery are just down the street plus a ton of other places to eat and drink. Location is very walkable!

Don't waste your time or money, I've never lived in a place that's been more inconsiderate to its tenants and inconvenient to live at such a high price. So far this week alone their have been break-ins in our parking deck with no leads, mis-communication between front office leading me to believe they towed my girlfriends car under the one day warning they sent out that the visitor parking she was parked in wasn't available for that day, just to find out they "only" moved the cars to the back of the building which wasn't articulated to me until after I went out

Loving my new apartment! It's great to be able to walk out to Moo & Brew, Legion, Soul Gastrolounge and many more of Charlotte's best places. The apartment had just what I was looking for, clean, new, and really modern. The leasing agents were super helpful in making my move-in really easy. Highly recommend!
