I absolutely love livng here. I moved in back in May with my French bulldog and have no regrets. The Staff both Caleb and Emily made me feel welcome from the start. There is such a great sense of community here. Since living here the community has hosted 2 events per month that being everyone together to meet and socilize (catered breakfasts, pumpin carving, and movie nights). I have made an entire network of friends. Another benefit here is how dog friendly this neighborhood is. I always feel safe in my home and cant wait to re-sign my lease already! An added bonus is that the community is completley

Wow! What an amazing apartment complex! I recently moved in and Emily couldn’t have made the whole process any easier. I really never thought that I would notice a difference because all my other apartment complexes have all seemed similar. Even Jeremy with maintenance was quick to come to my apartment and was super nice. So happy I found this place!

The location is amazing and the units are nice, but my friend just got a boot on their car even though they were parked in a visitor space. We’re given one guest parking pass and my other friend was using it at the time. Absolutely ridiculous that we had to pay $160. Management needs to communicate better on these consequences and be more flexibility with guest parking in the visitors section. Whatever service they’re paying to patrol the parking lots is unnecessary.

I moved to Yards in Sept. Transitioning in was super easy. The staff and community have been super friendly. The amenities are lovely, although the gym is just 'ok.' I do like the trash pick up, but the package lockers make me uneasy since they leave boxes outside the locker. The gate sometimes have some defects, but the staff is good at notifying us of issues. The building does events two or three times a month which has been lovely. The location is fantastic as its super close to the heart of NoDa and near the line, but tucked behind the Y so there is a little more anonymity.

I enjoy living at Yards so much that when I decided I needed more space, I moved into another unit, a 2 bedroom, in the same building. I've been at Yards since June 2018 and don't have plans to leave anytime soon. Maintenance is great, though I don't need them a lot because everything is great quality. The location is great as it is tucked away in Noda but still a 2 minute walk to the Main Street. Wifi and cable are included in rent so it's an extra bill I don't have to worry about which I really appreciate. Trash valet is prompt so I never have to worry about taking my

I moved out of Yards this October only because I finally purchased my own home! I lived at Yards since July of 2016 so I don't think I need to tell you that I enjoyed living here. Instead I will tell you what I loved about living here: the staff is fantastic. Truly some of the kindest people I've met, dog-friendly community, great clubhouse with free coffee (enough said), fun community events, convenient access to gym, restaurants, bars right in the neighborhood and light rail access to uptown, clean and fun pool, great apartment spaces (I lived in one of the studios) to name a few. I have been living at Yards since 10/2018. I moved here from Venice, CA and this was the only building and neighborhood I had to look at. Was love at first sight. I love living here, love the amenities, the location the friendly staff and above all the "family" a group of us residents have become. I have no plans of moving anytime soon

My boyfriend and I have loved living here - so much so that we renewed our lease for another year! You can't beat the price for the location, sq footage and many amenities. Our biggest concern when we looked for an apartment was closet space, and our 2 bdrm/2bath apartment is perfect. two huge walk-in closet, a decent size pantry, big entry way coat closet plus there is a ton of space in the laundry room closet. Staff is also very helpful.

Yards at Noda was one of our first choices when moving to Charlotte and has exceeded our expectations over the past 2 years. The newer leasing management is informative, flexible, and not pushy like a lot of others in the area. The apartment community has the benefit of being in the heart of Noda and literally minutes away from the light rail to commute downtown or to South End. The maintenance team is quick to respond should anything come up. Some of the amenities are not necessarily as up to par with other newer communities (fitness equipment is older, dog park has mulch instead of turf, etc

Sill here- still great- will reup for 3rd year- small rent increase as would be expected. I mentioned Macy and my review is real. I think someone saying that about my review was dumb. New staff with Matt as manager Is super and helpful- they helped me so much when I was sick- the staff was amazing. Like family. Now I order food delivery and they put my delivery in the fridge for me... small stuff makes a big difference. I mentioned we needed new yoga mats- couple weeks later we had new yoga mats. Absolutely so responsive and so attentive. High standard of grounds maintenance - makes a

My girlfriend and I have been living at Yards since September of 2017 and we really couldn't be happier with how things have gone so far.
The apartments are super nice, we have had zero problems with neighbors, zero problems with maintenance requests, zero problems with package pickups. It's just been great. The staff there - Kali, Matt, and Jenn, have always been extremely helpful and cordial when we come in to bother them for a package or a question.
The staff does a great job of organizing events for the tenants. So far we've had a MNF watch party with food and booze, a meetup

I have lived in a handful of apartment places since 2010 in Charlotte. I can't say I love it, but no huge complaints. Overall vibe is kind of cold, however; amenities and apartment layout is awesome.
Pro: location in Noda, no fuss parking, great apartment layout, skyline view (obviously not every apt applies), nice features and amenities
Cons: noticeably mean dogs and heard and seen many dog attacks (including my own getting attacked in the dog park and the owner of the attacker could care less), construction 2nearby and to the building itself, neighbors are cold, lately amenities aren

Anyone who gave this place a 5-star rating was obviously paid to do so, or they work here. There is a reason why the staff changes more often than the residents do. When I moved in when the complex first opening I was ok with the growing pains that typically come with new construction - they were moving people in before having the place 100% finished. The staff that was here at that time gave you great customer service, it didn't feel like you were around sales people trying to get commission. That was a part of what made me stay. HUGE MISTAKE!
I was told a number of things when I moved into

Hands down - best apartment complex in Noda!! The management team is efficient, caring, honest, and diligent. I had little time to relocate and I toured the apartment one day, emailed the manager late that night, and they had my keys ready literally the next morning!! The apartments are affordable, yet spacious and beautifully finished. I looked at several apartments before I decided on these and all the other apartments felt cramped - with lower than average ceilings and minimal windows. My 1 BD/1BA feels SO spacious and natural lights pours into the apartment. Also, I took into consideration

Nice looking but just a very uncomfortable place to live. No sense of community. Your neighbor's will complain about you right after they wave to you. Not very dog friendly. For the price, I expected more. Will not renew my lease.
Pros: gym, pool, club room, maintenance is super quick, Kara
Cons: neighbor's, too corporate, overall snobby vibe, poor construction
Completely unsafe; constant car break-ins, random homeless person slept in club room. Management does not make residents aware of criminal activity which leaves us all completely vulnerable to crime. No security measures taken

I am shocked with the recent bad reviews. This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The only bad reviews are people who do not want to live by the rules and keep their dogs on leash. This rule is for safety reasons. If my dog is on a leash and theirs is not, that puts my dog in a cornered situation. This complex is extremely dog friendly! They even have a private dog park for residents and dog treats in the leasing office. Great service always from the leasing office. I highly recommend yards at noda!

Wow. I must say I am surprised by the negative reviews for Yards at Noda. I have lived here over six months and have loved every minute of it.
The apartments are like any new apartment complex. This is the third newly built apartment complex that I have lived in and I will say that all three have been about the same. Thin walls and floors, fixtures are similar, appliances are the same and construction grade paint. If you are going to live in any new complex and expect top notch quality you better think about your choice before you make it. Being in the construction industry I know that it is about
