Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
The leasing office women are incredibly kind and welcoming. I am so grateful for how easy they have made my move for me and for how much they value our comfort and happiness here. Jennifer even offered herself and her fiance to help my mom and I move my couch into my apartment. The maintenance staff is also extremely nice and timely.

I toured this apartment and immediately fell in love, but wanted to shop around before making my decision. I took my time, did my research, and after evaluating the others in the area, it was clear this was the winner. The quality of the apartment, the amenities available (the pool, the grills, and the humungous gym which is rare for this area), and the location outshined the rest. Plaza Midwood is right down the corner, but you're also away from it enough to have quiet and peace at home. The management and team at Elizabeth Square were pleasant to work with during my move-in and have even checked

What you see is what you get. You're paying for location and should expect some hiccups when pricing is lower than surrounding complexes.
Renter beware that they are going to nickel and dime you upon moving out, and add on ridiculous charge amounts for final bills to ensure you do not receive any form of deposit back.
edit: I see all of the negative reviews have been removed since the last time I have looked. Wonder how much they paid for that.

So far so good. I'll update at 6 months cause I feel like it's to early to complete tell. The staff is very good and knows how to treat you as a tenant. I like the gym and location. I will say because of the high ceiling you can hear everything which is annoying. Thats my least favorite part. I havent had a hard time finding parking which is nice.

I toured this community and fell in love immediately! The assistant manager, Sara, was so sweet and made me so excited to move in. She was so helpful and knowledgeable! If you get the chance to tour- definitely ask for her!
As for the community itself- absolutely beautiful. It's located so close to uptown Charlotte and the amenities are awesome. I cant wait to call this place home!!

Noticed in "Recent activity" that I have been charged for 14 Pet Fees. This occurred after having the pet for a week, and deciding it wasn't for me. Elizabeth Square was all for breaking the rules to get the Pittbull in the property. Leasing agent telling me the exact Vet that wouldn't classify him as not a pit on his records so he could be… approved. After one week I saw this was not the environment for him, and gave him back. I told the Leasing office person, and she credited me back my deposit, but the recurring pet fee didn't stop. Once I noticed the extra $350 in charges I alerted my

We found this apartment online via a google search and narrowed it down because of the price and amenities compared to nearby areas. It is also a great location to walk to nearby areas. The complex has exceeded our expectations, especially with not seeing it beforehand. There is a very welcoming environment upon entering the clubhouse, and all staff members have been very friendly and accommodating. I like having the amazon hub for secure package delivery and a full gym inside the building for convenience. I also look forward to using the pool throughout the summer months.

I have lived at Elizabeth Square for almost 2 years now, and I have enjoyed living here! The office staff is very knowledgeable and take time to assist you with questions and concerns. Recently I transferred to another apartment in the building; Jaimie made the process very easy. She explained the process and assisted me every step of the way! The transfer was very smooth and successful! I am now enjoying my new apartment and looking forward to living here for many years to come. GOOD JOB Elizabeth Square!

I lived at Elizabeth Square for 2 years and loved my experience there. The location is perfect, and our apartment was very nice. They also recently redid the fitness center which has amazing new equipment.. much better than the surrounding apartment complexes. I've typically had awful experiences moving out of apartment complexes, but Jamie made it so easy and answered all of my questions very thoroughly and quick. I will miss ESquare!
