I ordered a bracelet but I unfortunately I had to return it. I emailed Rebecca and she wrote me back providing the address on where to return it. That was on August 30th. I then FedEx’ed it back to her and it was delivered and signed for on 9/9. I have called and emailed several times since then to confirm the return and my refund with absolutely no response and it is now 9/20. This is ridiculous and needs to be handled. This is a lot of money that is not being returned. I need this situation rectified before I have to proceed with alternative means to obtain my money.

I gave them $600 a month ago and I have not received anything. I have sent a number of emails and called multiple times. They answered once and told me it would be mailed out that week. It was not mailed out. Other people have had good experience but I've read all the reviews and it looks like if you are ordering a ring, you're going to have difficulties.

I previously posted a negative review and I received an explanation for the delay on my order. So I wanted to change my review to 4 stars. I didn’t give it the full five stars because it was very hard to get a hold of someone to figure out what was going on. I am a bit concerned. I ordered a ring last night and realized right away that it was an incorrect ring/size. I tried to call, no response back. I have written emails through their website. I have sent message through paypal. Does anyone know how to get ahold of them

Communication is HORRIBLE!!....my PayPal payment was processed immediately by the company (2 weeks ago) , but I have received no communication from them regarding status, tracking numbers, or shipping information, despite emailing them and leaving a message on their answering machine. I will update if any of their reps communicates with me, but my impression at this point is to void ordering from them!

I purchased a ring from Birkat Elyon in Novemeber of 2014. The original ring was a 2.5 carat oval cushion with the smaller stones surrounding the engagement ring and the band. The first ring came and one of the smaller stones was missing on the engagement ring with out even wearing it. It took forever for me to get the ring and even longer to get a response from Rebecca about the missing stone. Stay away from this store. I ordered a ring, email them DAYS before it was shipped for an exchange, no response. Tried calling multiple times, no response. Order was shipped, arrived and I'm not happy with it, still no response whatsoever from Rebecca. I'm going to return the ring and will dispute the charge of $25 restocking fee as I told them I wanted to exchange days before it was shipped.

My husband and I have tried to call Birkat Elyon and have left several messages with zero response. We were prepared to buy a ring around $900.00 and simply wanted to speak with someone before purchasing. I have a good feeling this company is a fraud and will take your money and even perhaps ship you something but again I don't think it will be a safe purchase. Plan to report them to the better business bureau for further investigation. BEWARE!

I'm surprised to hear the somewhat negative reviews of this company. I have been a customer for years and have had a great experience everytime with them. My communication has all been via phone and I always get an answer. The last associate I spoke with was very helpful with providing information on sending jewelry to them for cleaning's, repairs, etc. My original purchase was a ring 4 years ago. I purchased the ring over the phone with another representative and she was extremely helpful by going into detail on the specific cut and dimensions and shipping times. The quality of the jewelry

Ok, so after a few phone calls , emails, and facebook messages I finally did get in touch with customer service. my husband didn't see the small print saying that it takes 7-10 days to process order. Since he paid for overnight shipping he assumed we would receive the ring right away. he went for one of the more costly rings so he was nervous when 4 days went by and no ring. However, we did receive a call back and they did ship the ring out right away and I must we are very happy with it.

Fiancee and I picked out a purchased a ring and ordered online. Our credit card was charged immediately, but when we emailed a few days later to track the status of our order we got no response. A subsequent follow-up email went unanswered as well.
Tried calling thrice (left two voicemails for the mysterious Rebecca) and heard nothing.
Sent an email to cancel our order and quickly received a response which implied that our difficulty in contacting the company was on our end.
Really didn't appreciate spending so much money on something then being completely

Where do I start... I purchased a wedding & engagement set from Bikat Elyon just last month of December 2016. The customer service I received from Ms. Rebecca was outstanding, and she is an excellent communicator... even during her most busiest time of year (Christmas). She even pushed herself to go above and beyond to expedite my fiancee's wedding ring set, so I could ask my woman for her hand in marriage on December 25th, 2016 Christmas night.

Birkat Elyon have Amazing designer inspired rings for AMAZING prices! All these negative reviews in my opinion are ridiculous and some people giving negative reviews before even receiving there orders. The reality is No one could or would ever be able to tell the difference that my ring is CZ and many jewelers unless they ran it through a machine that detects if it's a real diamond or not well... they could't tell what so ever and said how beautiful my ring was. I'm Completely satisfied!
