This has been one of my favorite places to live, in general, but especially in Spokane. It's a very quiet and small community, even with the KinderCare next door. (honestly I feel like the kids just bring more life to the area) Not a lot of noise from traffic. The manager is always on top of things and truly cares about your safety and the maintenance of the complex. And it's fairly safe for Spokane, near all sorts of main roads and stores, and has a lovely park-like area outside. The apartments themselves are very spacious but still cozy. It feels like home.
