I’ve lived here for almost a year and it’s been a great place to live. The office managers Steve and Geryl are very nice and helpful. Maintenance responds quickly to any issues. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet and a convenient location. Apartments are newly renovated and finishes are modern and stylish. It’s been a great place to live!

I’ve been a resident here since 2016 and I truly love it here! After the renovations they made to the units, it made me even love this place more and I wouldn’t think of moving somewhere else! It’s conveniently located by shopping, outdoor activities and it’s really a nice and quiet place to stay. The staff has always been very professional and accommodating to my needs. I would definitely recommend this place to live!

I visited Renaissance and I instantly fell in love with the apartments. It is my first apartment and I’m so content with it. I have my dog who loves the open grass area. The location is convenient while having quiet neighbors. The apartments are all remodeled with such nice appliances! Definitely recommend.

Never had any problems with the complex, any time I’ve needed things fixed or maintenance done they were diligent and timely. I love the new updates to the apartments, my stainless steel stove and fridge are such a delight to come home to! Management is great and always sees my needs through. Wonderful place for sure.

I have lived in this community for over 2 months and I love it.
It is always quiet in here and they keep the gym, the pool and all areas clean. I don't have any complains about this place and would certainty recommend it. In addition, Geryl from the leasing office is very nice and always willing to help.
