The Villas at San Dorado management and staff were highly professional and attentive to our needs. They made our stay a welcomed experience, while we settled in the area and looked to purchase a home. They kept our health and safety in mind first and foremost by complying with Pima County guidance during the lockdown. I really enjoyed living here. The property is clean and there is lots of guest parking. The layouts of the apartment are great and lots of storage space. The views of the mountains are beautiful. The guys in the front office are very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend living here.

I have been living here for almost a year and I have absolute loved it. Ethan helped me with the entire move in process and made it painless. He assisted getting me the proper unit in my price range and move-in date. I moved it at the height of the pandemic and was still able to fully enjoy all of the beautiful amenities, especially the gorgeous pool. The communication from management was always very informative and helpful. The community as well is very kind and welcoming to all! You are so close to shopping centers and hiking trails and parking inside the complex is never an issue!

My partner, myself and the cat moved in November and we could not be happier with our decision. We moved from PA and were unable to do an in person tour. Ethan, Frankie, and Ryan were very helpful getting us everything we needed virtually. They were the only community who really tried. Ethan did a great job with painting a picture of the area and did a great virtual tour. The apartment is absolutely perfect and the grounds are beautiful. Maintenance staff is great, amenities are great, parking is ample, and the location is perfect. Highly recommend.

Because of the nature of his employment, my husband and I have lived in 9 different communities thru 4 different states over the last 30 years. Villas at San Dorado is by far the most beautiful. It really does look and feel just like a luxurious resort. The facilities, the grounds, and the atmosphere are all outstanding. I would especially like to commend staffmembers/supervisors Ethan and Ryan for their courtesy, professionalism, and knowledge!

I cannot recommend Villas at San Dorado enough! As someone who did months of research on where to live near Tucson, this place is easily in the top 3. It is absolutely beautiful. Ethan was so helpful and provided us with a comprehensive virtual tour of the entire complex (including amenities, which was hard to come by moving from Chicago). He was efficient and followed up with me frequently with thorough responses to any questions that I had. I can say that he was the best leasing agent I have spoken with overall! We moved into a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath in January 2021. We moved from out of state so we signed our lease sight unseen. What you see online under their gallery does NOT do the actual complex justice. This place is just magical. I have no other way to describe it. From the team in the office (Ethan and Frankie, I am looking at you guys!) to the Maintenance guys that actually care about your issues and are in your house within hours of your request being placed, everyone is such a pleasure. The apartment complex is beautiful. Beautiful views, a heated pool, a dog park, green grass and even a playground located right by a huge shopping plaza- it truly is a luxury apartment that feels like a vacation/summer resort- a hidden gem but truly breathtaking.... Great apartment complex. I lived here for a year from Nov 2019 to Nov 2020 in the 3 bedroom model. Beautiful apartments, great amenities , beautiful pool. The maintenance team responds very quickly to any concerns. Ryan the manager was great and very helpful with moving in and moving out. Highly recommend if you're moving to the Oro Valley area.

We lived in the San Dorado in between selling one house & purchasing another. The apartments are just beaitiful as well as the grounds. Ryan, Nicole & Frankie are the best staff, always accomadating. My fur kids loved their daily walk to the office to receive lots of love & attention from staff. Mickey & the maintenance staff deserve a 5 thumbs up. They were quick when things needed to be fixed and the grounds were beautifully kept. We highly reccomend calling San Dorado home

Villas at San Dorado is indeed a beautiful community, inside and around the property. Also, it does indeed have great amenities. However, due to its proximity to Oracle Road it is SO unbelievably loud, the noise is unavoidable and intolerable. It is constant and semi trucks, motorcycles and construction night and day. Even with thick curtains, ear plus, and fans the noise is terrible. I would recommend seriously taking that into consideration!

I lived for a year at 'Villas at San Dorado' and I loved it. A safe, quiet, gated, well maintained community with great amenities. Moving from NY for my job, I didn't know anything about the Tucson/Oro Valley… rental market. I did my homework and found San Dorado. Coming from expensive NY to Southern AZ, you get so much sq footage for your money. The apts are well appointed, well built (to a level not just for rental, but to a finish akin to private sale), the gym is never busy (large and well equipped) and the pool is beautiful; and with the AZ weather you can use it all year round.
