Your fur babies should love where they live and they will love Arboretum West. We have no breed restrictions and welcome all pets to make Arboretum West their home. Enjoy our convenient leash-free Pawtopia Park for some outdoor exercise; it's a great place to meet doggie friends. Bring your fur baby into the office for a belly rub and a free treat.
Do you have a maintenance issue but you are too busy to stop by or call our leasing office? No problem! Simply fill out an online service request and we will contact you to set up a day and time to address your concern. For emergency requests that need immediate attention, please contact our leasing office directly at (833) 395-0599.
Arboretum West will offer one bedroom apartments to households that are earning approximately 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) based on HUD guidelines for the Wilmington NC Metro Area for a period of 10 years. Current 2019 AMI income ranges from $40,800 to $52,450 and will be adjusted annually for the Wilmington area.

Tony is the best maintenance person in the world. He is so thoughtful and helpful and respectful of our time. He always respects our time and comes to help when it is best for us. He is an amazing musician and makes everything a Community event. Tony is the best and is a community member! We love him and are so thankful for him. He is the best!

I have been meaning to post a review for awhile but kept forgetting until I put in a maintenance request and now must leave one. I scheduled a repair and when the time came I was met at the door by an ABSOLUTE hero named Tony. Not only was he on time like always but he made sure I was understanding of what he needed to do and how long it was going to take. I mean this guy was quick and efficient and would truly recommend his services! Everyone in the office is always there for us when you have a question and that is very important!

Update*** 8 months into living here STILL LOVE IT!!! It’s probably my favorite place I’ve lived! Also the office peeps are the best!!! Love them! Tabitha always has the best attitude and is so welcoming. I’m always asking questions and shes got all the answers! She really seems to love her job and this little community! <3

Kayla was amazing! She helped me through every step of the process with finding the apartment that was a great fit for me. She and her coworkers were very accommodating to me and my dog! The welcome package was very thoughtful, and they were able to address a few tasks for me within 24 hours of move in! The property is beautiful and everyone I have met so far that lives there is pleasant as well. Very happy with my apartment choice and with property management!
