My roommates and I have lived at The Reserve for nearly 3 years now. Management has entirely turned around since we have lived here but I can confidently say it's for the better! Management is awesome and they truly go out of their way to help resolve any concerns (Dani is the best!!). Maintenance is incredibly timely, respectful, and helpful. Mark is our favorite and we request him for all of our maintenance needs because of how friendly and helpful he is! We have nothing but good things to say about the Reserve!!

Within the realm of management and while my time here (multiple years), Danni has been consistently kind, caring, and helpful towards every situation. Due to unforeseeable events and "luck", I have had multiple unfortunate and bothersome situations that were not the cause of management or my own actions (over the time period of years). None the less, a peaceful and effective solution has always been the end result. Dani is a powerful, responsive, and experienced individual that should be regarded as an extremely valuable member of Blue Ridge. Nicholas, from what I can tell, is a newer member of

If I could rate this place a zero, I would. I lived here for a year, and throughout that year I have had many complications with management, (not to mention there has been three different managers since I moved in). At first the application process is smooth but after they get you in it's like your just another person in the street. They answer the phone maybe 10% of the time and I never got a call back from any calls I made. I also put in many maintenance requests that never got fixed. Other bad quality's of this place is there are barley any visitors parking which means if your guests don't park

I typically do not post reviews but after living at the Annexe for almost a year I can say this is one of the worst managed properties I have been at. Within a month of moving in someone tried to break into our apartment, when we went to tell the office and request secruity footage they told us they have no security cameras. They also said we should probably do something about it because they were unable to help. We have went a week without air condition, had leaks in the sink, a stove that fell apart and our locks have had to be changed twice. The maintence people have been very accommodating

The management staff has been really great. I feel they do the best they can. The Apt we moved into however is not up to par. The carpet is old and a smoker must have lived here. Cannot do anything about it because of covid-19 that is understandable.
The bathrooms do not work here we have 3 and 1 works.
My biggest concern is the neighbors upstairs. They are up all hours and literally sound like elephants.
Tried calling security never answered my call. I have not slept in a good month or longer.
The office staff has really worked with us and are exceptionally nice. If you are looking for an

Cons:
My car was broken into while parked in view of my balcony.
We had a creep banging on our door during the night (second floor). Was told by Mgt that they have no cameras and nothing they can do on both matters.
Mgt rarely answers the phone.
Constantly had teenagers from nearby apartments breaking into the pool, screaming, and -streaking- around the apartment. (This was handled after multiple complaints and they are only escorted off to come back later).
There are few visitor spots and are often filled. If your guests park anywhere else it’s $140 fine.
Pros: Appliances are new and cleanliness

Absolutely enjoyed living in this apartment complex. Our 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious and beautifully updated. The utilities were included in our rent which made it did much easier. Everyone in the office was great. We want to especially thank Danni and Carly for all their help. By far the best experience we have had in an apartment complex.
