Maintenance Staff is very professional quick to respond and office staff is very friendly and helpful. The neighbors I have met have been very friendly and quick to offer help if I need it (carrying in groceries). Garden patio is large and wonderful. Lots of privacy too. I consider the rooms to be huge judging from other apartments that I looked at.

Maintenance staff-excellent, grounds keeping-very good, admin is efficient, really enjoy the pool-wish we had a mailing list to notify tenants of social opportunities

My husband and I have been here for a little over a year. The apartments are very nice and the maintenance staff is great. Any issues, they address almost immediately. The only issue I see is communication with the residents. When the pool is out of order or yoga has been cancelled, it would be nice to be told. The pool is wonderful when in working order. Would love to see more activities offered.

Very nice place to live ! Management is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is wonderful and when you call about a problem it's fixed right away. The grounds are clean and we'll maintained. The pool is wonderful too in the winter they keep the water temperature around 88 degrees and in the summer the roof is open and the water is refreshing.

I have lived in Glenmeade for almost a year now, AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. The price for the square footage is great along with great quality. The pet fee and late fee are reasonable (other places are outrageous!). I love my apartment and everything around it! The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are nice. The landscaping is beautiful. Patty in the office is so pleasant! The maintenance man is very quick, clean and efficient. I seriously couldnt be happier with my experience here at Glenmeade Village Apartments!!

This apartment community has a warm and inviting property. Lovely large units and a fantastic indoor pool. The staff is very helpful and professional. I really enjoy the weekly exercise classes.
