Cheerful, friendly staff, very professional maintenance team. Grounds are kept immaculate. We feel its our favorite place we have lived here. The pool is resort feeling with the big palms and rocking chairs in the shade. There are community activities, twnnis court, dog park (my dogs LOVE this new addition, by the way) a lake with trails. You just feel good pulling into the community. I have had some fantastic neighbors. And, good neighbors are so rare, these days. We have been here for 2 years and we will only move when we buy a house. I actually wish they had a section you could buy into here

The grounds are beautiful. The pond and swimming pool are beautiful. The interior was very outdated, The cabinet doors in the kitchen and bathroom peeled. They replaced the cabinet doors in the kitchen but never replaced the cabinet doors in the bathroom. They painted the bathtub and it always peeled. They also painted the kitchen countertops which peeled too. The quality of the carpet was very cheap. When things broke, the maintenance was friendly, professional, and responded quickly. That part was fine, it's just they used the cheapest quality everything and wouldn't replace

I was lucky enough to live here from July 2007 - July 2008. I would still be living there if I hadn't moved to California. The office staff, particularly Susan, were always very helpful! They graciously helped plan our rehearsal dinner after-bash in their club house, which was a huge hit. The community is beautiful and impeccably maintained. The complex is quiet and well-built - no noisy neighbors or loud parking lot traffic. I miss Barclay Place :(
