The Service was amazing all around. I felt welcome every day. I was thankful that this was the hotel I celebrated my birthday weekend. I strongly recommend taking the walkabout with Pamela. She was amazing tour guide and very knowledgeable. Don't miss out. Thanks The Sofia for making my Birthday weekend special.

This hotel is something else. Check in is at 4 pm check out is at 11 am, so many hidden fees, after you pay and you book your room online it tells you what's included like amenities etc. But at the front desk you have to pay 21$ for amenities, even if you're just going to use wifi, 25$ security deposit, and then 40$ parking. And you have no choice because room is non refundable, but they don't tell you what else you have to pay for. Also this hotel is so deceitful when you book it online, it shows you the room and the room is nothing like the pictures. Only reason I give it two stars is because

I actually had a few room issues that I considered doing a lower rating, but the staff was so amazing and wanted us to have the best experience possible. They fixed everything as quickly as possible and checked to make sure we were happy. They always greeted us with a smile. The gym was wonderful to use. They offer a history tour for guests. They really try hard to make it a positive experience for guests. Well done!

It was our second stay at this hotel as we had also visited in 2017. We loved it then so decided to stay at the same hotel again. There are several great restaurants to choose from, and the food was great, which helps in an all-inclusive. The staff are friendly and helpful whilst the rooms are clean and modern. Highly recommended!

What a beautifully maintained and modernly updated historical find. We stayed in a suite and it was palatial. The separate living area was really nice to entertain our guests in.
The lobby is stunning with many sofas to lounge about and the front desk staff was so welcoming and helpful. They even had treats prepared for our dogs. Did I mention this hotel is dog friendly?
Additionally, all the details in our room were very well thought out. The bed was super comfy and the pillows plentiful. The shower is done really nicely. I appreciate how such an old building has been renovated so well. It reminds
