I have lived at this complex for 6+ years. I have found that this is a very nice place to live and on top of that the Management has been Amazing! I have had a few issues and everything was handled with grace and competency. A lot of people get angry and expect someone to help you with an attitude, it doesn't work that way. I am grateful for this property, its in a good location, close to everything and the community of people is awesome.

I ALSO WANT TO HIGHLIGHT! Most of the reviews aren’t for this apartment! These people are very nice. And the apartments are great! The only downside is the walls are a bit then but the office makes sure to enforce not being overalls loud!
When I first moved in communication seemed lacking. But now that I’ve been here a few months I really love it here. It truly feels like home and I can’t wait to renew my lease! I hope it I can get a larger one bedroom but we will see! Thank you for being so understanding and patient! Also maintenance is really nice and they make sure they get your request

Me and my boyfriend have been looking for apartments for months and I called Notch and Jorge was amazing! He called me back every time and if I had any problems he answered every question I had very quickly! A big thank you to Jorge for helping me and my boyfriend sign our first lease! He was the best!

I've lived here for 3 years and I've had an awesome time. The property has gone through changes but for the good of the Notch 8 community. Requesting Maintenance is easy and they are very competent and reliable. I have never had a problem living here. The front office team is remarkable I can't say enough about them and the work they wonders and fast. I will add that this is the longest I've remained at one property this long. Mainly because the area,rent, and the entire staff!
