We are very pet friendly at Stadium and offer a fenced pet park in our courtyard, a warm and comfortable dog wash room, and we are within a minute of Wright Park where your dogs have their own park paradise! We do require a pet interview with all dogs. We do not charge pet rent! Our community makes use of Energy Star appliances and LED lighting, low flow plumbing fixtures, and recycling.

Overall one of the best apartment communities I've ever lived in. The apartment complex itself is very nice. Amenities are great, including an awesome rooftop lounge area. My apartment is nice and has great views. The management team is friendly and responsive. Finally, it's in a great location with many walkable restaurants and a grocery store across the street.

Mostly, I love the access to so many great things right out my door. Stadium Thriftway, Wrights Park, Coffee shops, and restaurants. Soon I will be able to catch the light rail right in front of the building!!!

A very well maintained apartment building! I called and then toured with Linda whom is the manager in training I believe.. she was very pleasant from the first phone call to the end of our tour. Shes knowledgeable and upbeat. She answered everything to the T as needed. Pending my job relocation I actually ended up not being able to rent with Stadium. If I had to pick out of the 5 complexes I toured it would be Stadium Apartments. The staff knew what's shes doing and made me feel welcome as if I was already home! Linda if you see this I'll be back next year and definitely renting with you!! Rent

I've lived here for over a year now and have absolutely loved it. Management is fantastic, the amenities included (Parking garage, sweet rooftop common area with some gorgeous views of commencement bay, small dog park, large common area downstairs, dog washing station, gym, etc) make it well worth-while, and any additional staff i've met have always been very friendly.
Not to mention it's tucked away in a very happenin' neighborhood with a lot going on around. I would recommend this building or any of their other properties to anyone looking to move into the city.

I have been living in the Stadium apartments since July 2018. The staff is extremely professional, friendly, and accessible. The property has great views, is well maintained and located close to restaurants, groceries, coffee, hospitals, Wright Park and downtown Tacoma. Secure underground parking, and convenient freeway access are a plus also.

I stayed at The Stadium Apartments for 9 months. It has a modern upscale feel and is located in the nicer part of Tacoma (located right where downtown ends and the residential area begins).
The managers (Ashley, Kassandra, Stacey, and Tawny) are super helpful and responsive. They were able to sort out any problems I had and thoroughly answered all my questions.
The maintenance team, Jose and Vicente, keep the place sparkling clean.
Dinners are hosted for all the residents twice a month. There is lots of yummy food and drinks, and it's a great way to meet new people. Everyone I met at these dinners
