I lived here back in 2018 and I have to say this is the most poorly managed apartment building I have ever lived in. Greystar is the parent company, and they clearly have severe integrity and honesty issues. It looks good on paper before you move in, but I highly recommend looking elsewhere. I'm only writing this review today because I found out that they sent my account to collections over some bogus move-out charge that I was never notified about. $15 seems like an appropriate amount to send to collections, right? Please please please don't move into this building, and don't do business with

I have lived here for the past 8 months and I love this place. Like any place you move to there have been some issues, but those issues were quickly resolved. I have had no issues with communicating with the both maintenance staff and office staff. They are always friendly, they are always willing to help (when they can), and try to be re-assuring.
The floors are great, and with two dogs it is great that they're scratch, water, and dust resistant. It's easy to sweep on a regular basis. The counter tops are beautiful and easy to clean. My neighbors are friendly, including my parking garage neighbors

The best part of this apartment is the location. The apartments are nicely finished but all appliances are original so they are consistently breaking down. The stairwells have been cleaned once in the three years I have lived here, and the hallways have been swept once. If you ever have to interact with office staff be prepared to be frustrated. If they are actually in the office they seem to be incapable of helping actual residents. We have been denied access to our storage because the staff person “didn’t feel comfortable” handing over the key or we were given the wrong key that did not

Chelsea Heights' property management staff is stellar. From the time we first looked at available units to our move-in to transferring to a new unit in the same building they were with us all the way. We really feel like we are part of a community. The few little maintenance requests we have had were quickly and efficiently addressed by the expert building staff. The building has an amazing feel and is clean and safe. I love living at Chelsea Heights and would recommend it to anyone!

Chelsea Heights is an amazing apartment complex. I was looking for something closer to work, and Jason at Chelsea Heights was very helpful when helping me look for a place. I had small interactions with other staff members and they were all very friendly. The renovations of the home look amazing, and the price is right. I cannot wait to move here in the near future.

Great location, at a very lovely building with friendly management. However, anyone who says they're comfortable with the service and security at Chelsea Heights has broken standards or is a paid plant. I'm not even kidding.
There's no meaningful security system. The security gate was broken for nearly six months during my lease, during which a multi-month rash of car prowls and petty thefts occurred. Management encouraged tenants to report the thefts independently to police but did nothing to correct the issue. I have emails to prove Greystar's office was aware of the problem and did nothing

I lived here for just over a year and loved it! Great location, about a 2 minute walk from Wright Park. It takes about 5 minutes (driving) to get downtown. The management team is friendly, professional and approachable. Whenever I had any questions/concerns, Chris or Gisella would get back to me right away. There's a cool little gym downstairs, which really came in handy when I wanted to work out without leaving home. The maintenance team is quick and reliable. I never had a work order that took more than a day to be addressed. I highly recommend Chelsea Heights if you're looking for a beautiful
