I lived at Bella for 25 months. This was actually my first apartment ever, and I’m 50 years old! What a great experience. The location is amazing with downtown amenities just a stones throw away, but even better is the actual building and staff. Toni, the property manager and Mikhail, the all around everything guy take good care of the residents. Shortly after moving in, the carpet settled and the entry way showed spots that I had not made. Toni has it professionally cleaned for me within 2 days. The package system in the lobby is a great plus.....no more racing home to get there before the office

I have lived here almost a year and have really enjoyed it! The office is very responsive to emails with questions/concerns. It is nice that the office is also open on the weekends. I wish that there was a system in place for package delivery notification; even just a little slip in your personal mailbox to let you know you have a package in the mail room. I do love the online portal for work orders and paying rent. The common areas are always really clean as well. The most annoying thing right now is that McMenamin's opened two blocks away and they did not build any parking....so street parking

Enjoyed my 1 bed apt. Very walk-able neighborhood. Staff are super friendly. Valued amenities; I used the hot tub and grill frequently. The shared 1st floor balcony has a spectacular view of Mt. Rainier, perfect for a coffee/drink to start or end your day!

I'm a little shook with the professionalism and timeliness of everything that happens here! Maintenance is literally stopping by the same day to take care of everything. I've never lived somewhere where they're so quick! I LOVE IT!

Lived here 10 months. Lease just ended. It's a decent place. Management has always been friendly and helpful. The building layout is nice. Location is convenient to restaurants, shopping and good views . We had a 2 bedroom and it suited our needs while we lived here, although admittedly a little cramped. Decent windows and natural lighting. Not a bad place, We are moving just to have some more square footage and a more open floor plan. Otherwise no major complaints. It's a decent place to live. Building is secure. Other tenants were friendly and lots of cute pets which our dog got along decently

Absolutely do not ever rent from Bella On Broadway. Last Friday, we received notice that they were increasing our rent by $65 a month. The following week, two of the burners broke on the boiler and our entire building hasn’t had hot water now for nearly a week. Management refuses to compensate us in anyway and we cannot seek legal counsel as this is “out of their control” as the part to fix the boiler has been in transit from New Hampshire for several days. Apparently over night shipping is not an option. We have been having to shower at our respective gyms and doing our dishes with cold

This place has the friendliest people. I moved from out of state and I was nervous, being that I've never been to Tacoma. Toni was very helpful with the application and move in process. She answered ALL of my questions - i had a ton - I highly recommend this place to everyone!

AVOID THIS SCAM!
From the management on site to the management out of city, these people are nothing but scam artists and liars. From my very first e-mail with Bella to my very last contact with the out of city management they lied to me over and over again. When their lies caught up with them, I went to an attorney. I let Bella know I was going to an attorney to protect myself since it appeared I had signed the lease under false pretenses. I.e. They lied to me.
A few days later they called me and told me they would let me out of my lease, but I had to be moved out of the apartment that day at

So far the office staff has been really helpful, from cutting off the heaters for vacation (we forgot) to letting someone in because they forgot their key. Apartments are a lil snug. Elevator is fast, my other apartment complex's elevator used to crawl. We woke to no power once but in their defense power was off and on at a lot of ppls places from the weather. I dont know that Tacoma has very good wiring... Building is very secure. I like they way everything is set from key access to making sure your apt number doesn't match your mailbox, parking space, or even door code so some random joe can
