The roaches are nonstop. From 3/2021 to 1/2022, it’s still out of control.
I’ve been ignored by the office manager over the phone when I asked for help with getting assistance because I have a disability. She talked over me and I ended up with a 24 hr eviction notice.
Then they took away my ability to renew my lease at the last minute. I should just take it because the roaches and the mold is so bad. I also have fibromyalgia, and the pain I feel from the running fans (they say to keep it on for the mold) I know I need to leave.
Most of the maintenance staff can’t speak English, so that’s

I gave them two starts because I went there to put a holding deposit on an apartment and had went through the application and was approved and gave them my pay stubs and they sent the holding check back in the mail and never told me why, I was so excited to be able to get the apartment and they just didn’t care to even tell me if the person who rented it decided to renew their contract or what . It’s very disrespectful to do that to someone when knowing how hard it is right now to find a place .
