If you're looking to live in a beautiful spacious apartment, then this is a very good option. If you're looking for an apartment that has management that will resolve an issue for you quickly, this is the absolute last location to go to. My boyfriend and I have lived her since November of 2020 and have enjoyed the entire time until we renewed the… lease this past November.
Throughout the first lease, I put 3 work orders in for our a/c unit leaking/not working and on the 3rd one I got extremely frustrated and demanded the entire unit be replaced as it had yet another issue and was leaking

Trash never gets picked up, no lights in the WHOLE place work besides kitchen, only 1 burner on the stove works, the fridge and freezer smell rotten, the tub and bathroom sink don’t drain, and we put MULTIPLE work orders in upon moving and only came once MONTHSSS later and didn’t fix anything. Rude rude rude. Pretty on the outside but ridiculous on the inside

I’ve been living here going on 2 years. The first year was fine but now it seems like every time we put in a work order maintenance never comes. We also have a pest problem that we put a work order in for but it seems like every time pest control comes the problem gets worse and doesn’t subside.. Our car has been broken into and my purse was stolen. These are supposed to be luxury apartments but they’re far from it.

I Love!!! Living in Coventry Park. The entire staff is extremely attentive. Bernie is an amazing property manager and life saver! She goes out of her way constantly to help others. Along with Brittany and others I have forgotten.
The lawn people are loud on a Monday morning but it's mandatory to keep things pretty! I would not choose to stay in any other apartments in Jacksonville for the price offered.

I’ve been living here almost a year and as soon as January 2021 rolled around the staff, upkeep of dog parks and grounds have gone completely downhill. The current staff is very unprofessional, will not answer the phone whatsoever during the hours of operation in the office, the dog parks are littered with dog droppings and still have yet to be addressed by the office months after many complaints have been submitted by myself and other residents. The grounds are not mowed/edged/blown off on a timely basis therefore the grass gets long and hedges are not trimmed well. Months earlier we also decided

I have lived in Coventry Park Apartments for six months now and I really like it! My apartment has quality amenities, a nice screened in porch where my cats can sit outside, and a beautiful pool. I am taking away one star because it takes a long time for them to respond to maintenance requests and the front gate has been broken for three months. Hopefully they can get more staff to help out with maintenance in the future!

I am currently a resident and I’ve been living there 8 months and my A/C unit had broken 5 or 6 times... Every time it gets fixed it breaks back down in less than a week since it started having issues.... I Do not recommend this apartment complex, unless you don’t mind sleeping in a 90 degrees apartment at night time, then it’s perfect for you...

Me and my Boyfriend both are value residents at these apartments for months now. Brittany Is extremely understanding the need for our living arrangements she understood that due to My boyfriend having an issue with people of colored she made sure she moved us towards the front which is great because Brittany advised me most of the colored people are moved towards the back for whites connivence. She also advised that people like us wouldn’t have to worry about any increase in rent whenever we decide to renew. By the way we love our apartment and that it’s away from thoes people . Great place to live, front office/maintenance can be a little slow but not detrimentally so.
Update, still waiting on maintenance request submitted 2 weeks ago about fire hazard concerns. Haven't heard anything, sent message to maintenance number asking for follow up, wasn't even acknowledged. I don't just expect the apartment to be luxury, I expect the service to be top notch as well. Every night we go to sleep hoping we aren't woken up by smoke or a fire.

Still awaiting resolution to request submitted end of May, AC went out today, I'm very concerned thinking of how long it's going

Don't move here, last year and 6 months have been especially horrible. Property walkways are dirty and grubby, I have pics, trash builds up, valet trash service is a joke building 10 has a horrible outside bug infestation. I've told leasing teams, nothing was ever done. Back gate closed for over a year, My work order from May still. not… addressed, was told no FT maintenance staff, Oh and Lizette is so combative and defensive everytime you ask a question. She's told me she is from NY, so thats why she may seem aggressive, lol. Try being professional no matter where your from. So happy to

Used to a nice place to live, Property Management has changed several times, gone way down hill, staff not.professional, especially Brittany and Lizette, both have major attitudes when asked questions instead of being helpful , they are here to help residents. they've been short on maintenance help for months.Told me no FT grounds keeper on staff. I recently moved in and I couldn't be happier with the quick response from the office and maintenance guys when ever I needed something! I've lived in a lot of apartments in Jacksonville this one by far is the best one yet. 🙂. Staff is always super friendly and kind and they make you feel like you're a priority which is rare!! If you're looking for a nice place to live I highly recommend this one 👌

I’ve lived here for over a year now and I can honestly say I love it here. I’ve had problems with apartments in the past because they feel they can squeeze you of your money and give you bad service and you still have to pay your rent. However, Coventry has been far from that. They’ve always tended to my maintenance needs and have always been… professional and helpful. If I email them they answer very quickly. Great place to live! I've always enjoyed staying here but now these guys are raising the bar! They really go out of their way to show appreciation to their residents we have occasional complementary breakfast, Zumba every week, movie nights and we just had a really cool pool party! I give this apartment complex 5 stars!!!
