**Update**
Good conversation with management and they were apologetic and were supportive of fixing the issue. Surrounding circumstances seemed to play a main factor in some of the issues--it happens. Still awaiting an existing repair but truly feel better about living here.

3 months after I reported and left a message that my dryer wasnt working properly (my clothes were taking 3x as long to dry and my energy bill was feeling it), they finally send a contracted crew (who were excellent (two stars) to clean all the apartments... They started vaccumming out the duct and the tube immediately

THESE APARTMENTS ARE COMPLETELY OVER CHARGING THE TENANTS FOR RENT, THEY BUILD THESE APARTMENT IN THE HOOD, AND TRIED TO MAKE THEM MORE THEN THEY REALLY IS, THESE ARE NOT CONDOS OR TOWN HOUSES, I CONSTINDLY HAVE KIDS BICKERING AND ARGUING ABOUT WHO'S MAN IS WHO'S . PEOPLE ALL OUTSIDE SMOKING AND DRINKING, GANSTA RAP MUSIC, YOU NAME IT AND YOU ALL WANT TO CHARGE PEOPLE 1750, A MONTH. NO WAY KAREN.

Property Manager Lindsey called me in for an interview, said very optimistic things and then never called me back. She said she’d call back twice within two weeks and I never heard from her. When I finally hear from her after calling the office 16 times within two days , she is very unprofessional and very unsympathetic for wasting ones time. Good lesson on to not give your time or efforts to people who do not appreciate it.

Very disappointed over the lack of communication.
Vacated two months before Lease was up paid the penalty in full. Reason for early termination was lack of peace and quiet. Neighbors where constantly partying and playing Karaoke until early morning hours. Management did nothing but mail out a notice to all tenants. It did nothing!
Not received security deposit back after leaving the apartment exactly as agreed.
They claim, they had to repaint and professionally deep clean the apartment.
Be careful when dealing with this Company.

After a management change everything was terrible.
Gate is broken most of the year, trash valet is undependable, overall community is not clean. On top of that your neighbors will leave after their pups on sidewalk, parking lot. Not even going to mention the grass area. Dont expect them to clean after your neighbors so you will just leave with it.
Mind you this was before the pandemic, probably it got even worse during.

The staff is caring and usually quick at getting things done. Maintenance is also friendly. The majority of my maintenance issues are done timely. I have lived here since Sept 2019. at this time I plan to sign another lease. It is close to everything you need. it is very close to several Historical neighborhoods. A lot of our neighbors like us are currently staying home due to this virus. Today the office called to check up on us, see if we were doing ok. I was impressed with that. I rate them a big 5 stars.

Fantastic place to live. I lived here in total 4 years, the only reason we moved is because we bought a home! Floor plans are large and spacious, maintenance issues were quick to be fixed. These apartments have a great amenity center with a lovely pool and a well stocked gym! Office staff was always quick to help. For the largest floor plan, nice amenities and great price..it's hard to find a better apartment than Magnolia Village!

My wife and I moved into our apartment 4 months ago. We are very happy with the apartment our neighbors and the staff of Magnolia Village. The front office is very receptive and happy to assist with any administrative issues. Savannah was very helpful when we were considering Magnolia as our home. Lindsey, Savannah and Meagan our wonderful! … They have thrown parties like the Halloween party and surprise breakfasts for the residents. The maintenance crew, Josh and Wes are fantastic! They go around the grounds each morning keeping it well maintained. I submitted a couple of maintenance tickets

My husband and I were looking for a nice place that was convenient for our needs when we moved back to Florida. We have to say this place definitely lived up to our expectations, we are around the corner from work, shopping, and downtown. They are very responsive to any issues that come up. The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic to get the… residents involved in activities. They threw a Hallowing party and a surprise breakfast for us. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The surrounding neighborhood is safe and quiet. If you are looking for a great place to live look no further

I have lived here for three years. Management has changed a bit. The current management staff is incredible. Very responsive. They give as much notice as possible as soon as they learn they need access to your place. They deal with issues quickly. Also, in 3 years, I've never heard my neighbors. Never had an issue with a neighbor, other than a new… neighbor with their dog offleash, which was addressed. They were caring about the feral cats in the area, and we worked together to keep the cats and residents safe. Across the street from Publix, Pizza Hut, a Chinese take out place, a liquor
