An absolute joke of a complex. First, unit we got was a mess when we moved in. A bunch of stuff was broken, gaps filled in with garbage, the floor was very dirty, and there were bugs day 1 (they chagre you every month for pest control). They charge us for valet trash even though he have never had the cans to use the service and they have never given us any. The main pool, only gym and club house are closed and have been closed for 6 months now. And to top it off the Pier in the name was closed and no one was told why. I have lived here for going on six years. For the most part not a bad place at all. Nice friendly office staff. Maintenance could be a little better but me and my husband have liked staying here.

Our first experience with Pier 5350 was a major let down. The pictures of their studio apartments online ARE VERY DECEIVING. You are only getting those if you pay for the $1,500+ a month rooms. They have no pictures online of all the other rooms because they are trash. So we walked in and the place reeked of cigarette smoke. The entire apartment smelled like it had been smoked in constantly for years. The kitchen is no bigger than 4 feet wide and all the appliances are over 20 years old(this apartment is over $900 a month btw). When we confronted the desk with our options their only resolve was

It’s being renovated. The pool is not ready. It’s green and some structures were condemned the signs are still there. We had a scheduled an appointment to view a o e bedroom apartment. I confirmed this appointment twice. In my texts !!! And e mail. BUT after driving there almost five hours the office told us they didn’t even have one to show us. That there was nothing available. July 2021: since my original review - my bathroom has had Feces water backed up into it multiple times and told it was fixed but it continues to come back (see pictures) .. then I had standing feces water all through my apartment thanks to it again backing up so bad to the point it flooded my apartment during the night. Plumbers supposedly came to fix it , clean and sanitize it; I came back to find feces smeared all over the floor. I had to call the office and demand someone else to come in to clean it to get it taken care of. My ceiling was pouring down with water (like raining

Feb 2021 move in: 0 out of 10 recommend. I was lied to at the start of my lease, meaning to have a washer/dryer in unit and was moved into an apartment without one. In addition, the leasing agent did not allow me to do a walk around before I signed the lease. The apartment I was moved into does not have the washer/dryer or connections. The window was broken upon move in (post signing the contract), and most of the outlets did not work.

Months later, my kitchen pipe burst and the apartment has hardly taken the time to listen to my concerns, nevertheless accommodate them.

Jerry who works in the maintenance department is awesome! He knows what he is going and any time anything goes wrong, I am glad when it is him that comes to my door. You all need to make sure you keep him! I enjoy living here!

I love living here. I have lived here for 4 years and plan on staying a few more. Location is great. The team in the front office are always willing to help and I have not had any issues with maintenance orders.

If I could give them a half of a star I would. I moved to the area from out of state and signed a lease site unseen (BIG MISTAKE). With communicating with them from afar was like begging them for a response and I should have known what I was getting myself into, but desperate to have a apartment for when I got to the area.
The leasing office looks beautiful, but the gate to the community is constantly broken and was broken when I moved in. I was given a key fob that died after a month and then given a card to go through the guest side and hope that it works. The apartment I moved into was dirty

This has been the worst experience of my life. I have lived in many many complexes before traveling for work but this was by far the most unsafest complex. The maintenance people are horrible. They do not provide any sense of urgency or care about what issues you are having. I called the police twice due to 3-5 thugs having block parties in the parking lot. I have called apartment security of loud noise coming from my apartment nothing got done. I found what looked to be a bag of drugs on my steps leading out to my apartment one morning. This place is the worse place to stay. DO NOT RECOMMEND at all. Pest control never comes despite several request, to get maintenance is a hassle, plumbing sucks, my whole apartment was covered in water and the emergency maintenance guy said "I'm not dealing with it". To be so unprofessional and disrespectful in a time of need is so unnecessary. Look at the Facebook reviews, everyone says the same thing. Any changes? No.

Not even a month living here and my bicycle got stolen from my patio. I licked this place because the beautiful views.

New management is working to rejuvenate the community. Corey in the management office is incredibly helpful, knows all the tenants by name and when I'm having a rough day, I can stop by for a hug and feel instantly better. Russell from maintenance is always friendly and responsive. The location by the river is fabulous and the upgraded community amenities look great. They're still upgrading some of the units and training new staff but it's clear that there's a vision for the community going forward. I'm moving out because I'm buying a home. I like that the community

Things here started off a bit rocky. However, the managing team was quick about addressing my concerns and accommodating my needs. Special thanks to the leasing office and the maintenance team.
