My Grandmother, Mother and sister have lived in this apartment complex. I've seen a couple different floor plans and while the corner apartments can be awkward to arrange furniture in they are quite spacious. At one point my grandmother and mother had a corner of their units in common, grandma had a bug problem but mom didn't. Maintenance and grounds keepers seem to be on the ball. Rent can get a little high but not as out of control as other complexes around.

Ive been at this apartment for two years and I’m going on three years I absolutely love this place and happy to call it home. Whenever I need maintenance Lorenzo is super reliable. It doesn’t take long for something to get fixed I call today an he shows up the next day most apartments takes atleast a week or more. It feels like home more then where I’ve lived in the past 7 years. I’m grateful for Waterford. I highly recommend these apartments!

I am so happy to call this place home. Brett Guyattl was the most helpful leasing agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was exceptional with communication and provided everything I needed to ultimately make my decision. He also went out of his way to help me, as I was stressed with the pressure of moving in a short amount of time. I've dealt with complexes being intrusive and negligent when it came to helping me, but Brett never did that. I truly felt comfortable and trusted what he was telling me. I am so grateful I came across this place when I did! ☺

These apartments are fine. Not amazing, not hideous. The biggest reason they only get 3 stars is for the ineffective air conditioning in the summer. I was in a second floor, 2 "bedroom" unit. (it's really more of a loft than an actual bedroom.) During the summer months, not only did my living room never get cooler than 82°, but the air ran constantly and loudly. We had to purchase additional stand fans to move air and try to get relief. Yes, the master bedroom was cooler, which is what I was told was "the important part," but that didn't make it any less uncomfortable living there.

I’ve lived here for two and a half years and we are about to renew our lease for another year. I absolutely love it. Every single person on staff is wonderful. Any time I have ever had to call or email them, I get a response immediately and they always make sure that I am happy before the conversation is over. The floor plan is spacious, there is so much storage, and they keep the grounds kept up so nicely. Not to mention that they have been upgrading literally everything to make it even more beautiful.

I recently was looking into a new place to rent and had read about these. My wife and I were able to stop in and we met a nice gentleman working named Brett. We went over floor plans, amenities, local area, and Brett was able to answer any and all questions we had. We loved the place and help but unfortunately had to change our plans to move to a later date. But will definitely look here again when the time is right. Thanks for the awesome help Brett, look forward to talking again soon!

I recently put in a work order with Brett at the main office. He told me he would input it for me and call the maintenance team for me to make sure I got taken care of quickly. Within 30 minutes Lorenzo from maintenance was at my apartment and fixing my problem! So grateful for the staff at this complex! My favorite place I’ve lived so far!

5 Star Maintenance by none other than the best, Lorenzo! I've lived in the complex coming up on 5 years & Lorenzo has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure any issues are quickly resolved. Most recently, I was out of town and needed the mirror closet doors in my dining room replaced. Lorenzo replaced the mirror doors and moved my dining chairs/table back into place!!! The Waterford community is fortunate to have someone like Lorenzo on their team. There have been tons of other maintenance
