awful place to live. have added multiple service requests for the same things for over a year now that have not been completed. cockroaches everywhere. air conditioning unit leaks and not fixed. front office is awful. worst place i've ever lived.

Thank you folks for sharing. In looking for an apartment the trends in the reviews generally show the quality of the property and its personnel. Judging from what I read the hardest work the management did was to figure out the different statements to apologize to the residents, actions speak louder than words and apparently there is not even a whisper from the management or an owner willing to meet with the residents.

(originally was a 1 star but I updated it) For the most part, this is a solid apartment complex. The only issue we really have is that it took them 2 months (and a bad review) to fix any maintenance issues in our apartment. it's really up to y'all if you're okay with that.

So I’ve visted here for about seven months, and anyone who gives this place less than 3 stars is crazy. My sister has never has had a problem with maintenance, one time her AC went out, maintenance was there the next day; and they were exceedingly respectful and kind. The pools are pristine, the laundry system is good although sometimes if the card readers don’t work (you might have to unplug them and plug them back in, just be careful) and they just replaced the asphalt in the parking lots. Also, the gates do sometimes mess up a bit, but that’s trivial compared to what you get for the price

It’s rather troubling I’m stuck here for another year. Since day one I’ve had difficulty reaching anyone in the front office unless I specifically go up in person (nobody answers the phone, nor emails). And yes, the other reviews are true, roaches. Lots of roaches. Never had this issue anywhere else. Pest control never showed up when I was told they would. Asked for another day, and never got a response. This place is a nightmare. For the price I have to pay, it’s absolutely abhorrent that this is what I get.

Would not recommend living here. This place is infested with roaches. The apartment is built very poorly. Water for this month alone was turned off about 3 times. Just too many inconveniences and for the amount of rent that it has gone up, to me it is not worth it. Also very loud neighbors at least in the building we stayed at, to the point where we could not sleep as they would argue and fight all night long. There’s trash everywhere, always had issues with the laundry. You can’t even call the office because nobody will answer. The gates are always broken and it’s so annoying because homeless
