Hidden fees that was not mentioned in the lease,, apartment is spacious but quality control is really bad.ther was broken blinds, missing door seals paint on floor missing trim throughout the apartment toilet lids pieced out power outlets loose and safety rail pieces missing which my kids could fit through and fall downstairs,bathroom tubs have paint runs every where.ther is definitely no quality control whatsoever,seems like they just turn these apartment over quickly to rent them out without actually trying to take ther time and actually provide a quality living experience.i have notified management

I love this place, even though I was just a visitor.
It was clean, quiet, and well hidden...the people were super nice, some may look intimidating or just scary, but boy they were always willing to help the lost. To those strangers that were so kind to me, if I hadn't said Thank you, Thank you a million.

I like the unit I'm in and I don't mind the rent. Other than that, they're always shutting the water off. At least once a week! Also, the power goes out every week or every two weeks. I've never lived somewhere where the power and water is constantly being shut off. Also, there was alot of maintenance that wasn't done before we moved into the complex. Holes in walls, the blinds don't close, the sliding closet door track is busted, drain in bathroom didn't work, and half of the outlets didn't work.

I love living here my apartment is huge and beautiful! Randy and Yolanda are the best, they always answer all my questions and am grateful to have such an amazing team where i live! Maintenance is always on point cleaning up, filling the pool, and making sure it looks great! Thank you staff at the Glen for giving me such a great living experience.

(UPDATE) $25 being wasted for trash valet that hardly happens ( my trash will be properly sat out and it’ll be sitting for days smelling up the whole walk ways; I’ve brought that to the office staff’s attention and they continuously fail to handle the situation, but I have to pay for it anyways because it’s in the lease.) Water shut offs every other day, rent & utilities go up every month, and gym is bolt locked on holidays, when I have a “key” to “use at my own convince”… NOT! Overall, we've been pretty pleased with living here. Management is friendly and while maintenance can sometimes take a while to get back to you if the issue is not the current top priority, they are helpful and friendly as well.Our biggest issue is really just the size of the drawers and cupboards in the kitchen (random, but it's hard to fit everyday kitchen things).

I lived here for three years and I really loved the place for the first two years, up until they switched management or whatever. From there things went downhill and I couldnt wait until my lease was up. I'll start with the good: the guy in the office is awesome and always super helpful, I wish him the best. I lived in an upstairs apartment and I loved the layout and the vaulted ceilings. That's about all the good I can say for now. The last year maintenance was awful. I lived at this property for almost 4 years! Yeah property is a outdated but is a large apartment compared to other 2 bedroom apartments! For the first 2.5 years everything was ok, maintenance would come out within 2 days for nonemergent issues, for emergencies would get a callback within 20 at the most! Soon as priderock took over, everything went haywire! You would see a roach every now and then but when they began changing out piping which I think triggered the roaches to come out, omg they were everywhere! I agree with other reviewers. I have been living here for close to 8 years. Recently new management has taken over. The immediate changes are not for the better. The landscaping is done half as much as the previous owners along with general maintenance around the property. Paint on the curbs is chipping and faded, the grass and trees are overgrown, the garbage is constantly overflowing from the dumpsters and all over the ground. They recently implemented a new door side garbage program that will cost everyone an additional 20 or 25 dollars a month once you sign a new lease whether you want to opt

I would like to say that I am a low maintenance tenant. I will pay my rent in a timely manner and not give property management a hard time unless I'm greatly I convenienced. Hi there, color my highly inconvenienced! I reported that my dishwasher wasn't draining properly on 6/24/19. On 7/3 I came home to a maintenance sheet on my dining room table signed off as "fixed". I looked in said dish washer and saw 2 inches of water and debri...... I ran the dishwasher and it didn't drain. I reported to onsite management that it was definitely not fixed on 7/8. Been here for a month now. And it seems like everything with the apartment is wrong. Have called and put multiple work orders and all I get is a yeah we'll take a look. Since the day I got the key the kitchen was missing half a window glass. How does maintenance miss this? Then my washer, dryer and stove were not working correctly. When maintenance came over to fix it they said it wasn't installed right. Well to make it worse I had a wall leaking in the master bedroom. It took them two whole weeks to fix it. I am a fairly new tenant here at Glen at Mesa and so I don't really have many good experiences or complaints yet. But since being here I have had my AC go out, twice! Which would make since as it looks to be older then 30 years!! The first time we had trouble getting our work order to maintenance, but once maintenance got our order they were here pretty quick. They replaced the thermostat and it was back in working order. It went out again last week and maintenance is working on getting us a brand new unit!
