I lived here for 2 years. The office staff is very welcoming and hospitable. They took care of my apartment needs and followed up to make sure all was well. If there was a problem, they did what was in their power to create a positive outcome.
Thank you Linda and Adrian.

I'm not a resident yet, but I want to live there! I was just visiting with Linda in the office this afternoon & I really appreciate the time & care that she took with me. Linda is the nicest apartment manager I've ever met. She's very professional & polite & at the same time she's also warm & friendly & kind. I've been admiring this complex for years because it's a gem, close to downtown Mesa & next to the light rail. The wonderful Asian market & Safeway are just down the street. The location is great & the rents are among the lowest in the valley for so much value. They don't have any vacancies

My friend and I are currently looking for an apartment. I called not one, not two, but THREE times to verify that they had a 2 bed 2 bath available to show us before someone moved into it. I drove 45 minutes only to get there and be told that they don’t have anything to show us. The gut suggested a 1 bed 1 bath? Umm there’s two of us so no. Super frustrating because we were willing to sign to move in during August and then didn’t even get to view it. Wouldn’t recommend.

The minute u sign the lease is the moment they start finding ways to kick u out for a new tenant. It’s all about the commission over here. Maintenance is pretty great tho very reliable. In the front office you have to worry about discrimination and lies to your face as if your intellect is that of a fifth grader’s which is still pretty unknowingly smart. I built rapport wit the front office for two yrs only for them not to remember me ever time I come in office until something bad happens in my bldg. Professional guys but fake and will crucify you with not a care about it. Wouldn’t recommend

Linda and Adrian make living here a breeze. I have not had one complaint about them . There were roaches when we first moved in the first night. But they came and immediately sprayed next day. They communicate so well and they’re the reason my family and I continue to stay. I feel comfortable knowing no matter what happens they always have our back it’s not every day you find an office that cares so much.

I lived at Metro on Main for a year only reason why I'm leaving is because I need a 2 bedroom otherwise I would still be there. Seen 2 roaches in that year sprayed and never seen anymore. The staff is great BUT!!!! Adrian the Manager is the Best I have liked him from the beginning Always Professional Always Helpful if there was a problem which there wasn't he was always on it. When he went on vacation he was truly missed. Kudos to you Adrian You are Truly a Five Star in my book and I Wish You the Best!

Adrian in the office is the best!! He gets things taken care of right away, sometimes before you can even finish explaining the issue, he’s already working on it! The only complaints I have are about the apartment in general. However, they work hard to maintain the place and it’s a beautiful complex!

I lived here for about 2 years and I was extremely happy the whole time I was here. I worked with Adrian when I first moved in and he made the process super easy. I decided my apartment was too small and he helped me move into a bigger apartment even before my initial lease was over which I thought was awesome. Anytime I needed any service I was able to get someone in here right away and anytime I needed anything from Adrian, Linda or any of the office staff they were always friendly and willing to help me immediately. I did have a problem with my garbage disposal and my air conditioner and both

It’s 9:00 P.M. right now, and my sink flooded, Adrian came to take the flood water out until maintenance comes tomorrow. Every time I have any questions or concerns on my apartment, one of the best people to go to. Definitely best customer service by farthest. This is my first apartment, so the stress is easily relieved when you have someone working & knowing everything about the whole job.

I moved into Metro-on-Main apartment complex in 1999. So for the past 21 years I have enjoyed living here. One of my favorite things about living here is the LOCATION. We are located on Main St. between Extension and Alma School. Directly across from us is a Supermarket, a Pizzeria and a UPS store. There is also bus service right near by and Light Rail which brings us directly to ASU and the airport. It's also a short commute to Mesa Community College as well as Scottsdale and Phoenix. There are also numerous amenities that will suite your needs. The office staff and maintenance personnel are friendly

Give Metro on Main a chance, if not only for the superb new management.
Jennifer took over the complex a couple of weeks ago. My experience with her has been wonderful.
Yes, you may encounter a roach or two. (Though this is a problem being addressed) Yes, you may hear your neighbors through the walls sometimes. These are normal apartment situations.
However, the price is great for the space, and every single employee in the front office is lovely.
Jennifer found me a suitable apartment after the events listed in my prior review. She has done everything she can to make sure I'm sound in my

This is probably the worst experience as far as apartment hunting. Unless you are 100% sure you are going to be approved. Don't leave a deposit. It will take 3 trips in person to their office. Forget about calling. Adrian who works there took our deposit. On the last visit Adrian still hadn't submitted the refund. Finally the Manager took care of it.

So I have been here almost two years based on financial reasons and have seen many families come and go. I can honestly say it has been the most dreadful time of my life...These apartments have roaches of all sizes and Asian bugs as well. The office charge you a fee to spray to keep the bugs from eating your children's meals you place on the table for dinner ..I sweep and clean everyday and mop every other day..I am OCD ...I HAVE NEVER LIVED WITH BUGS ...There is an individual that apparently cant count in the office costing me almost an extra 200$ in late fees because I owed more than she

When my family, which includes a young child decided to move here, we thought Metro on Main was a nice community. The prices were reasonable, grounds were clean, the apartment model we saw was lovely, and we were very happy. Unfortunately, the apartment we received was not as nice as the one we saw. We could deal with that. Our fault for not seeing our place up front. We signed a 42 page lease touting the community's "crime free" policies. I felt safe with that, but, it wasn't long before I met my upstairs neighbors- who were drug addicts and their friends, and dealt with noise
