Horrible place to live. Keep raising the rent and claiming inflation, bull this place is not worth it, they're just greedy. Car has been vandalized. Bugs. I can hear every step my neighbor takes and I can hear full conversations. Very outdated. My front door won't even close all the way, and have asked to fix.

Currently looking for new apartments as I write this...When I needed a place to move 2 years ago quick and cheap, this place worked out just fine. As stated tho this place is cheap, old, & outdated with very little amenities for the new price of 1,450!! Daily & nightly cocaroaches savage cocaroaches just come out during the day and crawl over my foot while doing work from home! YUK! the "roach guy" comes once a week sprays the baseboards and leaves these sticky things that capture roaches and you get to watch them die...YUK! My ac is so loud I have to turn my TV to 30 just to

I rented very briefly (2 months) I was on the second floor so no bugs. However my AC started leaking into my drop down ceiling, causing it to collapse. It wasn’t worth it when it was $900 a month. It’s definitely not now. 2 office ladies. One was a straight fox, other one was Larry, Larry the office lady. That about sums it up.

People happy to help till you live here, after your in only the maintenance guys care to help. When its time to resign a lease they jump your rent to whatever they want it to be. They like to start trying to twist the lease to make you follow made up rules. The property manager is useless and only talks to who they want

Negative 30 stars!! I’ve never had an experience with an apartment complex like this one Not a very good place to lease. The leasing staff at the office are helpful when first signing with them until you live there. ONCE YOU ARE IN YOU CANT GET OUT ! Believe me. After you move in they’re not very helpful at all ! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY The ladies at the office don’t care about anything else. Even though my contract was over with them I was still forced to pay two more extra months of rent and I payed more for rent than what I did that whole year I lived there. Plus paying my new place

Not a good experience, too many cockroaches!! The apartments are currently being remodeled when tenants move out, but painting and ripping out old cabinets doesn't get rid of them. The apartment structure is not great and roaches need to be treated from the source. Having pest control spray along baseboards doesn't do anything. The roaches just move up into the cabinets. They have spent quite a bit of money repairing the parking lot and painting the outside of the building. Not to mention, taking most of the shade trees off the property. What good is all that when the money should be spent on the

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not waste your time and money on this place. It’s infested with cockroaches. I pay a monthly fee for bug control and I might as well be throwing the money in the garbage along with the cockroaches I constantly kill. I moved in and the place was a mess the fridge was half way out the stove was moved out of place I had to move it back by myself and it had a missing burner on the stove and the garbage disposal wasn’t working and the sink was clogged up it took me 3 attempts to contact them and WEEKS before they even did anything about

I really like my apartment . It's spacious, and perfect for my family. Before I moved in here I didn't have the best experience with the apartment complex . A few terrible incidents has happened with neighbors involving the cops. Most of the time it's extremely quiet. My A/C unit had completely went out for two weeks . The new maintenance man did his best and got it fixed as fast as he could . Let me remind you that it was his first week on the job . The new manager is very rude and she has a bad attitude. I can't complain...everything I needed to be taken care of they have been on it .

Don't move here if you want to actually live. I get woken up literally every night and every morning by various crap. Loud people using the laundry room at 4 am, people fighting, drunk parties, or the police helicopter! Yes the copter is here and almost daily. The office has hired a JOKE for security that shows up once a week maybe. The pool is nasty. Water is cloudy, filter obviously needs work, maintenance can't even speak English and know barely enough to fix common issues. I've had my daughter woken up dozens of times. I've had to go outside and yell at people, threaten to call the cops, physically

When me and my husband first moved into our apartment at Gilbert Square we had a few roaches, but maintenance was prompt when dealing with all the issues that we encountered and everything was taken care of immediately. The gel they used to get rid of the roaches worked amazingly and the rest of our time at our apartment was roach free! The staff was excellent as well. We did have a few noisey neighbor's but that is expected in any apartment complex, all in all our first year of renting here was a very good one.
