I recently toured Woodstream Village with Joey, Great customer service, friendly and very informative of the area. The lay out of the apartment is perfect inside and out and the place met our needs! Especially in the COVID-19 time we were still able to get info from them fast and easy and all my questions were answered diligently. Can’t wait to move in!

I am so pleased with the Staff here at Woodstream Village! I have lived here for a year now and never had an issue. The Apartment management is so helpful, they stay on top of things, they’re consistent and make sure all of your needs are met! I definitely would recommend moving here!

These apartments are very nice for the past 3 years that I lived here. They are maintained with cleaning very well when someone moves in/out. They have nice appliances... Neighbors are nice. Great atmosphere...

I recently toured Woodstream Village with Martin, Great customer service, friendly and very informative of the area. I loved the bay cutout windows that allow you to display either plants or your own decorative creativity. I noticed that it was a quiet atmosphere and I enjoy that. The model was clean and the vacant apartment that I viewed although people just moved out, looked immaculate. I actually chose that apartment for my application. Other properties around are a little more in price than I wanted to pay, but Woodstream sold me because of their in unit washer & dryer and the stainless steel

I currently live here in this hotmess apartments. We moved in last year and since new management tool over our rent has increased by $400. Maintenance is horrible they never fix anything you request. While i lived here my car got stolen too. ' This place has horrible management staff. Very rude to my 85 year old mother. I can't wait to leave here. I would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. It's the worst place to live in mesa.

I love these apartments. I have been here close to two years. The maintenance team is very attentive and organized. Management is definitely better than the last! They are accountable, trustworthy and very courteous people. I plan on renting here for a few years. Overall a lovely family-friendly environment and would recommend to colleagues and relatives.

Management is terrible. No 3 day grace period for rent. And even with the whole COVID 19 situation they aren't doing anything to help people. Even after coming home with our newborn and me working the same hours that they are open they wouldn't even allow us to pay our rent ( which we've never been late in the 3 years we've been here) on the next day (Saturday) since they changed management yet again and we weren't able to pay online since they disabled it. While the grounds are nice, the people who run it aren't. We also never got our lease renewal and was given a letter saying that if we didn

I’ve lived at these apartments for five years. I love my one bedroom. Just enough room for me and my dog. I have no issues with the apartments however over the last year with getting new owners they’ve increased rent significantly. After living here five years I didn’t expect for my rent to be raised nearly $200. With added on nonsense fees like “common area maintenance” I feel like they’re trying their hardest to get me to move. They’ve never offered to accommodate the rising rent with apartment upgrades. Like, make my apartment worth the $1000 I’m paying a month for a one bedroom

This place is a mess, they nickle and dime you for everything , the property management (Shelton Cook) is THE WORST !!! The manager and assistant both quit......That should tell you something . I gave 2 stars because they are very spacious Apartments and generally very quiet.

I've enjoyed living in these apartments during my tenure. The apartments were quite nice and they've made some very attractive and meaningful improvements over the last year since new management took over. We liked our one-room. Very well laid out, and on the 2nd floor we had vaulted ceilings which made the space feel even larger. We didn't have any major issues with other tenants while we were there, just the typical occasional thing you'd expect, but nothing out-of-control. In general neighbors were friendly if you saw them around. Office staff seemed very nice. The only issue we really had was

I've been here 7 months now and have no complaints. My neighbors are quiet, management responds quickly and the maintenance crew is great. Price is reasonable and my cats love the huge kitchen garden window. It's like Kitty TV for them. It's in a fairly central location for me as well, since I'm all over the metro (East and West valley) on a regular basis.

I was disappointed about everything. Maintenance response is very slow. The quality of work was always suspect. The apartment was lived in and in need of a new stove, carpet and kitchen. The 42 page lease agreement is overwhelming and gives you no wiggle-room for things you can't control, like layoff, job loss. Illness, job change and early lease… release. If you have a security deposit they burn you on getting it back. I cleaned my apartment prior to leaving. It was cleaner than when I moved in. Yet they nickeled and dimed me to the point I received only $30 of a $338 deposit. You get no
