I lived at Cherry Street Villas from October of 2020 until June of 2021. Absolutely the best place I've ever lived. The rent was more than fair given the excellent location and any maintenance issues were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. The property is well-kept and the neighbors are all friendly and QUIET. I hated to leave but life called me to Dallas.

Relocating from another state, I consider myself fortunate to have found this apartment. I had great neighbors, close to downtown and easy access to the highways . Kimberly by far has been the best landlord I have ever had. There was always good open communication. Kimberly was great to work with. Only a few blocks away from Cherry St filled with restaurants and coffee shops.

O’Fallon Properties has quality apartment living for a great price. I live in the Cottages on Rockford here in Tulsa and I love everything about it. I have a quaint 1 bedroom 1 bath for $500 a month. 2 blocks from my job, walking distance to eateries and public transportation. I couldn’t be happier. Their response time for any issues I’ve ever had were quick and efficient. They truly care about their tenants and their properties.

I have lived in an adorable single family residence owned by Kimberly Norman/O' Fallon Properties for a little over a year now. Ms. Norman is THE best landlady I have every had or even have ever heard of. She is always available and no matter how big or small your issue is, she and her team are exceptionally quick to make sure it gets resolved. They really go above and beyond! O'Fallon Properties do things to excellence and are playing a crucial role in the betterment and beautification of the community. I feel very grateful to be able to rent from them. Absolutely love the location and atmosphere ... but the staff is what gives this place 5 stars. I've lived in 3 different properties owned by O'Fallon over the past 7 years and I've never once had a problem. I would highly recommend these apartment communities to anyone looking in the Midtown Tulsa area.
