Moved in a few months ago. Absolutely love it.
Pros - The front office staff are friendly and respond FAST to any issues/repairs needed. The custodial folks keep the halls clean. Always smells good when walking from garage to my unit. The other tenants are all very friendly and respectful around the pool area. High ceilings make the rooms much bigger. Very nice quality building materials in the units. Landscaping is very neat and tidy. The location of this place is just far enough away from the noise that downtown brings, yet close enough to gain access to all the fun stuff it offers.

Overpriced for such small rooms . They charged us for everything. We are still getting charged for random things and haven’t lived the apartments for over 3 months now. We literally had a cult that lived above us. My girlfriend and I woke up to chanting at 2 AM in the morning from the people who lived above us. Our report wasn’t taken seriously. We asked to change rooms and they charged us to change rooms (of course). We are now getting charged $400 for “damages to carpet” when we lived in that room for a following 6 months after that. A leaky pipe or something happened in the wall and

What a great downtown living option! The apartments are nicely appointed (appliances and granite countertops), and the 12 foot ceilings make me feel like I am in a much larger space. The management team is very accodating and probably the best team I have worked with. (A++) They were very helpful in helping me rent furnishings.
The proximity to the Blue dome district with its associated restaurants and entertainment make the Edge a prime location in Tulsa. The neighborhood is very clean and I love how close I am to very nice bike trails and parks. Parking is convenient and the pool is a very nice

My wife and I lived at The Edge for 10 months and the experience was great. You could not ask for a more professionally and efficiently run apartment building. Maintenance requests are responded to immediately, building management is always friendly and helpful, and the community is beautifully maintained. Apartments are huge, with very tall ceilings and more than enough space for storage. Living in Tulsa was a temporary thing for us, but if we ever had to come back for a length of time, we wouldn't hesitate to sign another lease at The Edge East Village.

I have lived at The Edge for a year and half. I love it.
All the neighbors are pretty great. And best of all we are walking distance to the Box Yard, the Blue Dome District, the Arts District, the baseball field, and even the BOK Center.
One of the things I appreciate the most about The Edge is it offers apartments based on your income if you work downtown.
Management is always willing to go the extra mile and the maintenance staff does the same.
You will love living here !
The property is kept up, the fitness room has good equipment, the pool is beautiful, there are fire pits, and gas grills

This is an absolutely beautiful place to live in a prime location just a short walk away from pretty much anything you need! The maintenance staff here is phenomenal and the grounds crew keep this place looking pristine. The staff here really do go above and beyond to make your experience as comforting and as enjoyable as possible! I've lived in multiple apartments for the last 11 years of my life and The East Edge Village really has been better than all of the others combined! So glad I get to call this place home.
