East End Village is a sleek place to live, but most of all I Iike to call it home now. The apartments are well designed and easy to keep. Amenities have been great, however, in the recent past management was shaky, but I have had some really straightforward and competent managers. I like that you can walk out of your apartment and be in the heart of Tulsa. If I were to change anything, I'd request better water heaters and canopies on the roof decks.

East End Village are the most amazing apartments in Tulsa. The apartments are very quiet, I never once heard my neighbors during the entire time I lived there. My friends, family and coworkers loved the space and it’s proximety to everything in downtown Tulsa. There were non stop events downtown and the complex is in the middle of them all. The management made leasing easy, always took care of any problems that came up and always responded quickly. The worst part about East End was being reassigned to LA and having to leave. If you want an amazing location, amazing space and amazing community

Love East End Village Apartments! The location is perfect for Downtown living and the new management is really going above and beyond with serving the residents of our community. We can tell there's been a serious improvement since Atlas is gone and would highly recommend living here now! Looking forward to great summer nights on the rooftop patios! :)

Roosted here for 4 years now and have to rank highly. Despite the increase in options for downtown Tulsa apartment shoppers the last few years, the combination of function, location and management personnel have lured be back time and again. You could live in one of the new builds nearby but you're not going to get the retrofitted, renovated character that you get turning a commercial automotive arena into swanky urban dwellings. One tour and you'll see the allure. Each one is slightly unique because of the origin story. Maintenance staff are reliable and the prop management website is straight

This is a great location. The city view is awesome at night. I like the rooftop lounge area where you can relax, have dinner, or fire up the grill. Management is great, responsive and helpful with deliveries. Sometimes you may hear your neighbors through the walls, but overall it is a peaceful place to reside.

I have lived here for three years and can honestly say it's my favorite apartment. Great location downtown where everything is walkable. Very cool industrial feel to the apartment with concrete floofl and updated appliances.
I was the first to live in my unit so there were a few issues with construction, but the staff has always been very proactive in handling them .
Would definitely recommend!

This has been the quickest and most stress-free move-in experience I've ever had. Antonio, the property manager, is very professional and he was very diligent in overseeing this process and completing tasks in a timely manner. He is amazing and will take care of you! East End Village Apartments is the best place to live downtown, and I couldn't be happier with where I am! The location is ideal for a night-life since it's close to all the great places like the Guthrie Green, and Blue Dome District, but it's private and quiet enough to enjoy a night on the rooftop with close friends.
