Want to live in a newly renovated apartment in downtown, walkable to everything but think you can't afford it? Think again. The Mansion House is Tulsa's best kept secret. Sure, you might be able to find a studio, 1 or 2 bedroom apartment in downtown that doesn't break the bank, but does it include covered parking?
Does it have an outdoor, resort style pool with TVs, outdoor kitchen and fire pit? Does your rent include a state-of-the-art 6,000 square foot workout facility with yoga, spin and group fitness classes? Probably not. It probably also doesn't come with a huge balcony overlooking the downtown Tulsa skyline or the Arkansas River either.

Update 12-27-21:
Besides seeing roaches every now and then (they do monthly sprays to keep this down). No other issues to mention at this time. They did thanksgiving and Christmas meals for tenants including a door decorating contest which was fun.

Wasp problem during fall sunny days. Resolve washer/dryer down issue by replacing all and not charging for each use for a bit. Service is pretty responsive. Staff is really nice. They offer events like wine down, dog dress up contests and thanksgiving meal.

Unfortunately I actually lived here. If you toured this place and only one of the two elevators works, DON’T believe the leasing consultant when they say that’s never like that. For one month of my time here BOTH elevators were down and I couldn’t stay here due to health concerns and being on the 7th floor. I feel for the families and elderly that are stuck at this place.
I work in property management and this place is a nightmare. What does that say?
The 5 star reviews seem sketchy. “Hosting Communicaton” is definitely a fake review.

Why choose the Mansion House for your home? I can list about 10 different reasons. I’ll keep it short by only listing 3 reasons.
#1. Management & Staff. The management and staff are fair and treat tenants the way they; themselves desire to be treated
#2. Factual Representation. Unlike other Landlords the marketing of the rental property and amenities doesn’t misrepresent and exaggerate the factual attributes of the rental property and amenities

Mansion House could be an AMAZING place to live (I pay >$1000/month), but the management here has been very poor since I moved in May 2020. The website says office hours during the work week are 9-7, but the door to the building says 9-6. That’s fine, but residents can only access packages during office hours. I was told just this weekend that the front desk person leaves at 5:30pm 2-3 days per week due to “overtime.” ....... News to me. I guess I’ll have to be more proactive during my work week to accommodate the staff giving me access to packages. Here start my complaints showing you

I love how large the studios are here! Coming to Tulsa from a major US city where studios are 400 square feet, my studio here feels so spacious while also staying cozy. I also love the huge balcony. There’s enough room for patio furniture and plants, but I just keep it empty and use it to do outside yoga. ☺️
