Lived here for about two months now and felt the need to leave a review since I've been seeing a lot of one stars. I personally have been enjoying living here so far and I've not really experienced any of the real harsh negatives I've seen in other reviews but maybe I just got lucky with my apartment and neighbors.
Shout out to Destinee, she is awesome.
Positives
+ Pretty dang quiet, I have barely heard a peep from neighbors and only really the occasional muffled conversations if its loud enough but only in certain areas of the apartment. Bathroom is where you'll hear the most of downstairs

These people stopped answering my phone calls and emails after I asked if I could view the unit in person, before paying the expensive non refundable application fee. Tiara, or whoever they have responding to online inquiries tricked me into driving 30 minutes way out there twice to “view an apartment in person” only for me to show up, for her to give me the same lame virtual tour I’d already taken at home.

SMOKERS IN APARTMENTS! My neighbor has chained smoked the whole time i have lived here and no matter how many times i tell office personnel nothing ever happens. They send emails to them. Thats it. No one ever does anything aboit it. It says in the lease agreement there is no smoking allowed! It causes me health issues and i constantly get sinus infections since living here. My apartment will have smoke in the closet ceiling it gets so bad sometimes. If you have children consider their health before moving here because the no smoking rule IS NOT ENFORCED. If you chain smoke, then this is the place

Positives
+ Appliances are nice and work pretty well.
+ Price is solid. It seems to be right inline with other Tulsa apartments in the same price range.
+ Nice extras. The mail lockers are a god send to help combat porch pirates. The laundry mats are small but much better than paying $40 a month to have them in your unit. The gym is pretty nice too
+ Location is really close to downtown and the gathering place. The river trails are great places for walks and biking.
+ Pretty quiet. I’ve had zero issues with neighbors and even though the area has a ton of vagrants

For living in a “gated” apartment complex, the gates are never closed. Ever. So there’s constantly people going through the dumpsters and leaving a mess all over the ground around them. Our side of the apartments has only 2 washers for all these tenants and one has been broken for a while. We’re all waiting in a line every day to hopefully get a load of laundry done. When this was Westport, I paid the same in rent I do now and I had a washer and dryer IN my unit. THEN you have the package room. Packages have been getting stolen for months now and nothing has been done about it. A bunch

As a resident who has lived here for several years, once they got bought out by Knightvest, they don't care about anything but a dollar sign. Nothing matters to management, you're a number. Good luck getting anything fixed, you have to talk to a robot who doesn't care that you exist. 0/10 do not live here if you don't have to
