Stayed for four days while visiting family. Great value for the money (mobile only price), across from Whole Foods, close to downtown, pleasant staff, decent selection for free continental breakfast items, dog friendly.

Centrally located to downtown Eugene and meetings. Ok to crash a couple nights. Wouldn't bring my family here but it was just me. You can hear noise from neighbors and outside but it's really not am issue. Front desk were friendly and accommodating.

More like a motel! No table to eat at and the only chair is dirty looking. Very noisy especially when people walk by the door or use the stairs. Definitely needs an upgrade!!

The rooms are small but clean. The beds are comfy and sheets are clean. They provided nice breakfast including bagel, cream cheese, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit and a lot of other stuff. Samir Patel was a nice and positive manager. We had a request and he was really flexible. My husband left his bracelet and ring in the room and he called us to pick them up.

My mother is in a wheelchair and I arrived super late, like past midnight. The AWESOME lady at the front desk was SUPER nice and have me the only room left on the ground floor, a HUGE suite, for a super decent price. This place is great my favorite place to stay in this area now, the room was beautiful, and clean, and the wheelchair could fit thru all the doorways 👍👍👍

What a dump, sink clogged, dirty carpets, blood on wall, manager holds $200.00 for 4 or 5 days above and beyond the room rent. They don't pay any interest on the held funds that are taken out of your account. Manager says bank has to release the funds, bank says Campus Inn won't release the funds! Who would you believe? We have grandkids in Eugene we will never stay at campus inn and suites again!

The first room we checked into had a very strong smell from some king of cleaning product. We called the front desk and without hesitation upgraded our room and changed it immediately. Thank you for the pleasant stress free stay. Our room deposit went back to our card right away.

I was NOT happy at all! When I booked my room on Expedia, it said I was paying 55.00 a night plus a 100.00 deposit, plus taxes. When I check out, I'm told I paid 97.00 a night, no deposit and taxes. Feels like a bait and switch to me. Also, I learned that the motel was housing covid19 quarantine people and was not informed of this at check in. I have a severe immune deficiency and this could kill me! I saw NO disinfecting going on at all! You put my life and my family's life in danger. How could you do that?!! How can you sleep at night?!

To even give this hotel one star is a stretch. The room was what you paid for, not the worst not the best, definitely mediocre at best. But the reason for the low review is that the customer service was appalling. When I went to check in the front desk attendants acted like they didn't want to be there and had the worst attitudes. Aren't hotels supposed to be a hospitable service? Well there was absolutely no hospitality in the employees that worked their and that is why I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed here for a Duck game and it was pretty expensive ($140) for a night but that was to be expected. When we came into the room we immediately noticed a big stain on the chair by the door. We went into the bathroom and found mold and the tub itself was gross. Really the whole room felt really gross and grimy and we were just super uncomfortable. We slept some and then got out of there as quickly as possible so we could take a long shower at home.

We stayed here on 8/28-8/30 this past week. We enjoyed the free continental breakfast, the beds were comfy enough, the air conditioning worked well and the room was clean. We booked through air bnb and got a great deal. The staff (for the most part) were friendly and helpful. It is right in town -- walkable to everything and they charged $200 for a security deposit. My only complaint is that the hot tub was closed the night we were able to use it. My husband came down to the front desk on 8/29 and was told by a guy (who appeared to be on a personal call) that the hot tub was under maintenance and

Stayed for one night. The room is very big and spacious. Checking in was easy and quick, free parking on lot. Breakfast was small just a quick grab n go. Only an few complains some of our bath towels were dirty, bedsheet cover also dirty and traffic noice was loud. But other than that it was a great stay. They were kind enough to give us another room.

We were stopping in from a 10 hour drive. Check in is till 3am, and there's a $200 safety deposit. Probably the smallest hotel room I've ever been in. The blinds didnt conceal much from the 24hr light outside the door so I didnt get any sleep. The bed is right next to the wall so whoever sleeps by the wall is going to have a hard time getting out. We didnt hear the traffic, being as we were in the broom closet. I get that most people get up around 9am but the leaf blower started at 9:40 am. I wont be coming back if I'm in Eugene again.

Great stay!! After several hours of traveling, the Campus Inn was a sight for sore eyes- especially with those soft blue icicle lights hanging from the trees! :) The staff was courteous and friendly, the room was simple but comfy. And this is a small thing, but I have a strange hatred of hotel/apartment bathrooms where the vent and the light are on the same switch- what a relief to find the one hotel where they're separate! Sometimes you just want some quiet light in the bathroom area. :)

The continental breakfast was great too! Boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee, orange juice, fruit, and my

There's a lot of pros and cons about this spot, so it depends on what's important to you in a hotel. Actually, this is an old school motel, if that makes a difference to you.

Pros:
1) Location. Just a few blocks to many restaurants and shops downtown. Close to the University. Across the street from Whole Foods, so if you want to pick up any snacks or refreshments, it couldn't be easier.
2) If the weather is nice, the second floor deck is very pleasant
3) Reasonably priced for the area.
4) Surprisingly good coffee

Cons:
1) The bathroom was really outdated and run down.

It's 3:00 AM & I am unable to sleep due to their AC not producing cool enough air in the room. It's cooler outside than in my room. There are no plugs by the end tables by the bed, instead there's one plug behind the headboard of the bed that you cannot get to, they are being used for the lamps. I plugged my needed items in a wall away from the bed & the actual plug is so old that anything you plug in falls out. I usually stay at another hotel that is cheaper but oddly enough has great rooms. Unfortunately all rooms were booked there. This has been an expensive disappointment

If this is your only option for a place to stay in Eugene, you're better off sleeping in your car.
1. They still do security deposits even though I paid with a credit card, and they have my credit card number on file in case any damages are done.
2. Rate was different than what was advertised on Travelocity.
3. Room smelled bad.
4. Maids are apparently very lazy and don't want to pick up garbage so they don't put trash cans in the rooms.
5. The whole place looks likes it's main clientele are prostitutes and methadone clinic patients, which seems odd for the exorbitant

Gym was nice-had it to myself, small but useful.

On my bed when I arrived was this weird machine and I thought it was a heater, but it was an air purifier. Very old school, I didn't use it, but included a photo
