Although this looks like just another little motel, Henry and his family make you feel AT HOME during your stay. Rooms are clean, updated, warm, inviting, and the hosts bend over backwards to make sure your stay is pleasant! I've been to many "nicer" hotels, but honestly this is now my go-to for my visits to Eugene.
Walking distance to Starbucks and Dutch Bros, lots of restaurants too. VERY conveniently located right off the freeway.

Called ahead on the phone to book and they matched and went even offered lower than the online price when booking the same day. Place was clean, and the tub was big enough for even a big guy like me to relax in! Only thing to note, some of the rooms have a big step in front of the door, so if you have a mobility issues, drive up does not mean accessible. The manager was super nice though and you should be able to ask for a room that can work.

Considering the price of motels in Eugene Downtown Inn is very affordable, and is clean, comfortable and centrally located to everything. And the husband and wife owners were very friendly and very awesome people. I come to Eugene about every couple months and I will really try to come back here again.

The room was great a basic room but well decorated the room was clean the property was also clean and everything had been well taken care of. Even the towels were decent towels soft and big enough for your body. The staff was wonderful very nice even joked around a little bit which was wonderful especially after a long day of travel. I would highly recommend anybody to come to this hotel.

This is not a fancy hotel. It is a clean, safe, and friendly hotel. The owner matched the lower price I found on line. He and his wife work very hard to maintain the property. There are benches outside each room and a nice selection of books to enjoy. The breakfast has a nice variety of fruit, pastries, and other goodies. The 8ce machine was also very clean. If you want a fancy hotel, pay the price and go. For the money, this is excellent!

Room was super clean, beds were plush & comfortable, bedding was crisp & clean with multiple pillow options. Clearly our room had been recently updated. Carpet, tile flooring, sink, faucet, toilet & tub all looked new. Outside was equally neat & tidy. Covered sidewalk in front of all the rooms was super clean with a fresh coat of paint. Location is top notch. Starbucks is literally right next door and there are tons of great food options on Broadway just a short walk away. I seriously doubt there's a better place in town at this price point.

Good value. Definitely a motel. Feels super clean and well maintained. Some small things overlooked like cover on iron which was horrible but a lot of nice details and great size. Great location as far as access to Eugene. No amenities such as pool or breakfast but very Comfortable and friendly ownership. Nice bathroom.

From now on I'll only stay here in Eugene. Affordable. Great location, excellent & fast service, clean and comfortable rooms. I called at 6 pm for a room the same night. They got me in to a quiet room as requested. Check in took less than 5 minutes. A/C, comfortable bed, nice shower & bathtub, plenty of room. Your car literally 6 steps from your room. So easy. WAY better than any local chain lodging. I've stayed in them all. This one is best.

This is a small facility, that looks pretty plain from the outside. The gentleman that checked me in was very polite and helpful, even had me cancel my reservation and gave me a better price. The room really surprised me. Extremely clean and very well equipped, even had a lighted makeup mirror. The bathroom was spotless and updated recently it appears. The bed was very comfortable and the linens of high quality, as were the towels. The one and the only complaint I would give this place is that it lacked a coffee maker in the room. This motel was fine to stay at when we needed a spot during a bad snow storm. My mom had stayed here once before and I remember seeing her room and how large it was. Our room was a little smaller than the other one this time but still a normal hotel room size. The heater worked well but is really loud even when on low. I came during a snowstorm and the driveway was really hard to get into but normally it's easy to park. I found this place on hotels.com and was able to make a reservation. We were not going to get in until late so was worried about that. Guess what? It was not a problem! We arrived at 10:30 pm and had no problem checking in.
The room was a clean and cute. We enjoyed the room and felt safe and comfortable.

Here I am, staying at my regular Eugene motel. This trip was for business and I like to stay here as the family that owns it is lovely and really care that they provide a modest, clean getaway place.

This motel is PERFECT. The word "intelligent" kept coming to mind when I noted its features and quality. Without my asking, the very polite, sharp man at the desk had given me a room near the office with a nice triangular space for my nice new Harley-Davidson, so I felt very secure about parking. The room was perfectly clean, the carpet seemed new and super comfortable. The fixtures (sink, toilet, etc.) were very modern. And the rate was very fair. A great little old-school motor inn - in the middle of about everything that's downtown Eugene. Family owned and operated with easy friendly and professional check in, our reservations were waiting for us and it only took a couple minutes. Very well maintained grounds and facilities.
Park literally at your front door, this small U shaped property has space for one vehicle per room at or close to your door with an overflow lot directly across the street. It's first come first serve and we had no issues either night parking even on a busy home game weekend.
