The staff were very friendly and polite. someone came to help us with parking and luggage as soon as we arrived. the front desk staff was friendly and even recommended places for us to eat since we arrived quite late. the area is great too, with little shops, restaurants, and an eatery. the room was neat, clean, and cozy. overall, it was a very pleasant stay! would come again :)

Absolutely wonderful service. We got in a bit late but the staff was quick and courteous, getting us our room very quickly. The room it self was beautiful, complete with an awesome electric fireplace, comfy beds and a huge bathroom. The location is right in the middle of downtown and is close to many shops and restaurants. Asking for turn down service or anything you need like extra towels is so easy with in room tablet and the service was quick and efficient. The staff was also very warm and welcoming and made out stay during Christmas a huge pleasure. We look forward to staying here again.

Very nice place to stay. Great shopping and restaurants are walkable. We dealt mainly with the evening staff and they were kind, caring and wanted us to be comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Liked this place a lot. Staff is super nice and helpful. Loved the Provisions market for breakfast in the morning. Only downside is the market doesn't open until 8am.

Lovely place to stay, with Marché (French bistro) next door. Also attached to the 5th Ave Market with Provisions for coffee, light breakfast/lunch items and great wines for sale. The balcony rooms are very lovely with many pleasant amenities. The hotel reception staff are professional and efficient, but they would do well to be more accommodating - as in going the extra mile. I've been frustrated at their inflexibility and procedural changes between stays here, with no effort to be helpful when a change causes inconvenience to the guest.

I got a room here with a friend. My friend went back to the room before me. The key card I had was not working so I thought maybe I had the wrong room number. When I went back down the front desk would not help me access my room or tell me if I had the correct room number. They said they could not disturb the guest... I was the guest!? All they did was offer to call a cab. Couldn't even sleep in the room we already paid for. I don't if this how they treat all they're guests but this was absolutely unbelievable. Ended sleeping at the airport because refuse to spend a dollar in this town after my

We absolutely loved this place, its a whole destination in itself with many shops and eateries, adorable window seat and fireplace, very nicely kept with many 5 star extras and great service. Come for the hotel, stay for the shopping and full fancy grocery store for picnic items, all the shopping, ice cream, gluten free breakfast items you could want! Note there was a train that goes by in the night a few times so request a room away from it or bring earplugs! We were also told not to leave anything in our truck due to homeless brains so if you are moving a lot of stuff on your trip consider a
