I've been here 3 years I had Maintenance walk in on me with no clothes on and ignored me when I asked who is it.They won't do there job.i call the office to complain and ask for service and was told by lanette that she isn't going to argue with me and hung up.i had a baby in October and my mom and brother would come by to help clean up since I just had a c section and I was accused of letting them live in my house even when I provided proof by giving them a bill from that current month they called it fraud because they called the landlord 3weeks later and by that time they moved into a different

I had to click a star to post this review, I wish there was a Negative star to choose. I lived in this complex for 25 years until this company that currently owns the complex took over. They came in like a bulldozer and evicted everyone in the complex who had jobs so they could change the complex into a government rent paid place. They took no regards to the children in the middle of a school year, their greed kicked them out. They jacked the rent up on my old apartment $500 dollars more a month (right after they kicked me and my family out) so that the United State Government could meet their

I grew up in cedars of chili and my parents lived here for over 30+ years and the property is so/so, but I have to say that the property manager Lynette is truly amazing!! She is so helpful anytime I go to the office or call!! The BEST property manager we’ve had!!! she has always been extremely helpful and kind to me and my family!!! also the other girls in the office are really nice and always make sure that anything that goes wrong in my apartment they get maintenance on it!!! Love all of them!!! It’s finally a pleasure to be able to go into the office without having to argue or explain myself

This once was a decent place, not anymore. They did "renovations" (everything was cheaply put together) and now allow section 8 trash here. oH an if you make ANYTHING they want to charge a $1000 DOLLARS for rent Cops here on regular basis, the house has NO INSULATION. It will be 85+ in your House over summer, and you have to purchase a 300$ Ac unit from them,and pay ten extra per month... They constantly act like they are doing"maintenance" to come in an inspect. Stay away unless you are broke an the government pays your bills.

I love the place in summer. Office staff is very helpful, maintenance is always quick, the neighborhood is very quiet. Somebody mentioned police is always here, that’s not true, I lived here for 3 years I saw the cops one time.
The cons, my rent jumped from $700 to $1150 and i’m Not satisfied with the explanation. The worst thing about this place there is no sufficient HEAT. I hate this place in winter. Most likely this is my last winter here unless they do something about the HEAT. Oh I forgot You can’t BBQ.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Have been here about 2 months and will leave ASAP. If you want a trashy community away from downtown, this place is perfect for you. The so-called "renovation" work looks like the workers couldn't care less about their jobs. Walls are buckled, window frames look like a 1st grade paste project, and ceilings aren't even close to level. The floor molding was reused and the subfloor under the vinyl is shot. The workers were so lazy they just painted over a door hinge pin sticking halfway out instead of tapping it back in.
