Amazing staff and very friendly. Was a quick and easy process moving in and I would refer them to anyone who wants live somewhere spacious clean and quiet also friendly neighbors! I love that I made this move! I have been in my two-bedroom apartment since Nov of 2015 and couldn't be happier!
The staff has always been quick and thorough with answering any of my questions or getting any work orders I have needed to be done right to the maintenance staff.The office is always welcoming and pleasant. Maintenance is amazing! The very few things I have needed to be fixed or updated have been done in a timely, accurate, and respectful manner.

Absolutely horrible, would rate 0 stars if possible! My girlfriend and I signed a lease, gave a security deposit and were told we were all set and move in would be June 11th. On June 1st Ashley Management, who owns Chili Heights called telling us they actually had no availability and that they were very sorry... THATS IT. We have a move out deadline of June 30th for our current location, had everything setup months in advance and this place completely screwed us and they did it last second so we couldn't even find another place in June. Don't know what we're going to do now thanks to this place

I've lived here for about a year now, and I had a problem with my old friend who I took in due to Covid shutdowns, and this office was amazing!!! They worked with my when she wouldn't move, and they were amazing at getting information to me as well as her. I wish I could have stayed longer. The office is amazing and will work with you on alot of the issues you have, if you have maintenance issues as well. Also their maintenance guys were really friendly! Had one issue with dishwasher but after maintenance came by it was resolved. The guy who came in wore a mask and was really respectful kind, he

Recently moved in, the ability to bring my large dog was great, the apartment was recently renovated. The complex is older, but everything works and is very comfortable. The staff here are outstanding, ( Thank you Alyssa) I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The neighbors are friendly, the place is quiet. The Maintenance staff (Dave and the others I haven't met yet) are awesome, anything that may arise is fixed immediately. So far no complaints what so ever. Not a 5 star community only due to the age of the complex. Thank you Chili Heights Staff for affording me the opportunity to live

I have been at Chili Heights since 2016. I have to say my building is amazing. Great neighbors who look out for one another. Even in the summer , the noise level is great. My place is cozy and it comes with a washer and a dryer, huge bonus! A large pool during the summer to use, playground and dog park area. Maintaince and office staff are always welcoming and ready to help.

I'm really surprised to see the bad reviews for Chili Heights. I've been living here for about 2 years and I'm just about to sign a lease for year #3. Maybe there was a change in management before I showed up b/c I definitely haven't had any major problems here!
Pros:
-the apartments are nice
-nice neighbors
-washer and dryer in my apartment and a laundromat in the complex
-dishwasher
-people in the office are friendly and quick to respond
-I've called maintenance maybe twice in 2 years and they were great both times
-pretty good sound insulation between apartments

In case you don't have time to read a lengthy review explaining all the problems with this place then here's a quick and simple warning before I go into detail: STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS DUMP AS POSSIBLE!
Where to start... well I've been living here for a few years now and things get worse here every year... of course despite things getting worse, rent also still goes up between 20 and 25 dollars a year... I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up being more next year given how much Ashley Management Group's insurance costs have probably gone up this year for this complex
