Little Creek is a quaint community nestled in the woods off of Coldwater Road in Gates between Buffalo Road and Chili-Coldwater Road. The property is less than 5 minutes from Chili Center with access to stores like Chili-Paul Wegmans, Target, Ferrari’s Pizza Bar, Aldi, and is 10 minutes away from Robert’s Wesleyan College. At the community, Lilly, the property manager, is vibrant and friendly, attentive to all tenant needs or concerns, and makes the move-in process simple and efficient. Emily, one of the assistants in the office, is also pleasant and helpful. Overall, the quality of the remodeled

Nice clean apartments, in a convenient location. Walls somewhat thin and neighbors can be loud. Somewhat older appliances but they work just fine. Management can be sometimes tricky to get a hold of during office hours. Snowplowing service is excellent, and it is wonderful that water and heat is included. Apartments are very affordable. No security deposit was required. Would recommend!

This place is the worst place I have ever lived. I was there 5 years at first it was great. The new lady in the office is running it down. It took three months to get a dishwasher and the smell from the old water was so gross. The office lady never checked the rent box we were served papers of eviction bc of it after she looked in we were able to stay just had to pay court fees even though didnt go to court. Than our lease was up we wanted to resign but couldn't and she said they didn't have to say why. Than after finding a place and moving out the serve us papers again for eviction because we

Molly and Kathy both have been instrumental in making my move to Little Creek a good experience. Any problems have been addressed with ease and efficiency. Having been here only a short time, I would pass the apartment complex on to anyone who was looking.

I would not recommend this apartment complex. Here’s why:
- The air conditioning is a joke. Maintenance even put in a new unit and all it did was blow warm air. Called maintenance again and was told there’s nothing they can do.
- Called numerous times about a tenant who was taking up two spaces on the regular, nothing was done until another tenant confronted them causing an argument which resulted in the police coming.
- In the winter we have had to call maintenance at LEAST 5 or 6 times about the heat. They send someone who can’t fix it and end up giving us space heaters as we have a

Not a bad apartment complex. If you have a unit with the bedroom facing the woods it's a nice view and feels secluded. I also like that its close to 490.
My only complaint is that maintenance can take a few days and they sometimes need to be reminded.

Apartment was filthy when we moved in carpet covered in cat hair(my wife’s allergic to cats) and the floor had marks all over it. We moved out 6 months ago and they just sent us notice we’re being charged 800 dollars for damages to the floor that was done before we even moved in. Sketchy apartment complex moved to different one in town just because they were unreliable and constantly screwing over tenants and ignoring matince calls. Regret moving in there in the first place

Watch out for the $150 carpet washing fee they deduct from your security deposit. It is not clearly laid out in the lease agreement that they will deduct this much; even if the carpets are clean or you do it yourself. They have it "commercially done" after maintenance has gone through so no matter what you are stuck loosing out on your money that takes 2 months to get.

I recommend you think long and hard before giving ANY money to this company! You will pay a $250 application fee which they tell you is refundable within two days of approval but don't tell you that you are approved until the refund period has expired. After I applied, they did not answer their phones and did not return my calls. They are now on their third manager in less than a year. When I drove 200 miles to the office to tell them in person that I would not be taking the apartment, I was told that they would not refund my application fee. On my previous visits, the residents were calling the
