0 Star!!!! Google wont let me give a 0 star so I put 1 but this is worth a 0 star by far! Charges almost $300.00 for RG&E in a 2 bedroom apartment on top of the rent. Staff is incompetent and rude. Communication between all staff is VASTLY different. I have lived in many apartment complexes and this is BY FAR THE WORST! Please save yourself some money and find a different place that will be worth it!

After 20 years in our house, my wife and I decided to put it behind us and take up apartment life. Blueberry Hill appeared to be the perfect place for us. We love our two bedroom and two bathroom place. There are lots of amenities like a workout room and pool. The grounds are well kept and spacious and maintenence is quick to repair any problems. We very happy here and rents are reasonable. We made lots of friends and are quite pleased here.

I would give a 0 if i could. I been living here for almost 3 years. The day i moved in the apartment was VERY DIRTY they didnt clean it after the other people moved out. I also had problems with my washer every since i moved in. They kep brining me old ones and those ended up not working either. So they “changed” the washer again for the fourth time and gave me a old one even tho i mentioned that i have been having problems with the washer all the time and that i want a brand new one. Soo when i went to use this washer i noticed even tho i put it on the heavy load the water doesnt even fill

If you're looking for a nice place to live in the Chili area with that home feel and caring staff, I would highly recommend.

Would give this place 0 if I could. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. if you were approved to not have to put down a security deposit at the beginning of your lease they WILL find ANY excuse to charge you when you end it. never late on a payment. never had any complaints yet they will try to charge you for “damages” that occurred BEFORE you moved in that they never took care of prior. customer service is awful. would never recommend.

This is a very nice place to live. From the moment we toured this place to our recent move in, our experience with BlueBerryHill has been very positive. Lily, Banu and the other woman in the office (who i am so embarrassed to have forgotten her name as she has been just was fantastic to work with as Banu and Lily) have been very accommodating and patient as we navigate the long move in process.

This place was a 4 or 5 for the last 2.5 years until the new management took over recently. My lease was December to December so the new management wanted to have a 9 month lease so all tenants have summer move in and out leases. So Dec 2017 we signed a 9 month lease and were given a $75.00 per month increase in our rent. I accepted and then this past month was notified of another $75 increase starting in Sept. During discussion I was told of another increase next year as well to bring apartments up to “Market scale”. Hardly worth the money when the yard beautification just started last week

We've lived here for two years now and have loved everything! Anything we've needed fixed has been taken care of within 24 hours. The apartment is clean and beautiful, it's become a home to us! We've used the club house for birthday parties, and the pool almost daily through out the summer. We've made wonderful memories here, when the time comes to go it will be bitter sweet for sure.
