Most builders provide a one-year warranty for new construction. Jay demonstrated an astute attention to detail in an inspection for a home needing major renovations. He was very professional and unbiased in his analysis of every minute issue and his general analysis of the overall recommendation of a home purchase. He was honest in what he couldn't analyze (foundation crack needing a Professional Civil Engineer, P.E.) and plumbing analysis. Just had our inspection on my family’s first home. Jay was wonderful. He was professional and thorough. At the end of his inspection he went over all of the medium and high impact issues for our house. He explained them all and what could be done to resolve the issue, either things we could do ourselves or safety and permit issues that the seller should address.
