My home inspection with Brett was not only educational but also fun! It was easy to connect with him as a person, and our conversation helped me envision what it might be like to live in my upcoming new home.... including chatting about potential minor remodel ideas (and what concerns to consider! Such as whether a new bathtub could fit through the doorway.)
He is thorough, honest, accurate. If you should not buy a home due to shoddy workmanship, he will tell you.

We have bought and sold numerous homes and working with Brett and Cozy Home Inspection was by far our BEST experience! Brett was incredibly thorough going through every square inch of our home in his inspection. He took the time to educate us on what he found and what to expect in the future with our home. Brett is great! He was very thorough and didn't appear to rush through any aspects of the home inspection. He was very eager to explain what he was doing and went into as much detail as was required to make sure I understood what he was doing. Brett not only pointed out defects, but also made sure to let me know about all of things that were done well during construction of the home I was having inspected.

We had a home inspection for a potential house done by Cozy Home Inspection and I can't say enough how lucky we were to choose Cozy! Brett was so incredibly knowledgeable about all facets of the house. He walked into the house and immediately found things I never would have seen. Brett from Cozy Home performed the whole home inspection for our new house and did a fantastic job. He's very professional and thorough; it's clear he's an expert at what he does, that he enjoys it, and that he's passionate about home inspections. After he conducted the inspection he was more than happy to talk us through it and answer all our questions. Nichole scheduled our appointment, and she was super nice and helpful.
