Air sampling may be necessary if the presence of mold, allergens or toxins are suspected, but cannot be identified by a visual inspection.

The Inspector was professional and very thorough. The Property Inspection Report was very useful in documenting and explaining issues related to needed repairs and/or maintenance. The Inspector's video walk-through of the home allowed me to be interactive with the Inspector as he highlighted his findings. I highly recommend Castle Home Inspections LLC!

We are first time homebuyers and castle home inspectors performed our home inspection of the property that we are under contract to purchase. The inspector gave us a time to meet him at the property to go over the report. He was very professional throughout the whole explanatory process. Curtis did the home inspection for my first home purchase. As a first time home buyer, I had no experience with any of the process. Curtis was our inspector. He was courteous and he was thorough! He had gone to the property with our agent 2 hours before our scheduled arrival to do the actual inspection. By the time we go there, the entire inspection was complete and he walked us through the entire house and pointed out every detailed finding. The house was in good condition but there were minor details that he addressed that could potentially become bigger issues down the road. We really appreciated those notes. The drone was impressive!!! He used a drone to inspect the roof which I'm happy to see technology plays a vital role
