Worst apartment ever mold, roaches, ac is always out and they have every excuse in the world to not fix anything right away even tell the tenants to fix things themselves over charge and segregate people the north side of the apartments is all new for single people and anyone with kids are on the southern side of the apartments we’re everything is old broken and destroyed I can’t believe they even get away w this

Edit for August in Tucson. The pools STILL aren't up and running. I don't understand how an apartment complex in Tucson has two pools that weren't used the entire summer break. Also, The fitness center and clubhouse still aren't available for resident use. You're paying for amenities that you'll never get access to, essentially.
I've been here for five months, and it's been a series of issues. Some repeating, and some not. One of the biggest issues was hot water. Since I moved in, the water was, at best, warm. There's constantly notes on our doors about the the water being shut off for a few hours

From the new mgt. taking over back in Nov 2020, the water has been out in the past 5 months than in the last 5 years. If you have a maintenance emergency. Their automated system hangs up on you regardless. I mean the place could burn down over the weekend and they wouldn't know about it till Monday cause you can't get a hold of anyone. 11 out of the last 20 days we've had no A/C. Staff blames previous proprietors for the mess. Sure pass the buck. That's respectable. And they also like to schedule dates for ppl to come into your apartment even when you didn't call to have

I recently had surgery. When I 1st moved into my apartment it smelled like a dog was here I didn't have a dog at tht time. I had to literally pull up the carpet my self bc after complaints concerning the carpet tye complex had someone to come un to clean the carpet when carpet had dried out hard spots left behind as the carpet cleaner was in my apartment for about 5 or 10 min and did a horrible job.

The place is infested with roaches and mice. Terminex comes but never helps. Spent our own money to fix the problem. Killed over 40 mice in less than a year the last year which is why we moved. Water is never hotter than lukewarm and turned off on the average of no less than 3 days a month for continual repairs. We lived there 5 years only because the rent wasn't to awfully high and the we had a 1sr floor patio. This place lives up to the reviews definitely! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! I pictures and video of all the BS that goes on around here. At night it's a haven for the homeless. People busting up apartments in the middle of the night and the office does nothing to protect you. Worst place in Tucson to live. I live here now and can't wait to leave. The office staff are rude and uncaring as well as unprofessional. READ THE REVIEWS! They are not lying.

Warming!!! Roaches in the apartment the first day I moved in!! The water temp does not stay hot so good luck taking a nice warm shower!, the cheap paint they used in the shower is peeling up and exposing this black tart surface you can’t get out with bleach.They don’t let you have control over the A/C, they took a whole month before they fixed my dishwasher and I followed up w them every day and they lied to my face more then once! the office lady’s are like the mean lunch lady’s from school, lazy! My wife & I from the start got bad feelings about this place but because of the situation we were in we decided to still go through it... needless to say everything was smooth at 1st til we fell behind on rent. WE paid what we could and signed a promise to pay when we got the other half. They turned around evicted us , gave us the wrong court date & no notice of eviction.. we literally were waking up from our sleep being told we had to move that day. I will be sueing them. This is a horrible place to rent from. I wish I had did more research on this project everyone in that office is nice

I have a 2 bed 2 bath which the office said the maintenance people would come over and fix that day and they never showed up and the so called ' manager' didn't even bother to call me to say they weren't coming to do there job. And the dishwasher is busted, some oulets don't work AT ALL, they put big rocks in so THE DRUG DEALERS CAN GET IN AS WELL AS THE HOMELESS TO GO THROUGH THE DUMPSTER ERS. This place is a 4 STAR COCKROACH MOTEL.

If I could give this place ZERO stars - I would. As a previous employee of this horribly run management company I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to live in their properties or work for them. Their properties are not managed well, have rodents and insects such as roaches and bed bugs. I went above and beyond for this company for the 3 weeks I worked there - I told my supervisor at one of their Tucson, AZ properties (Sierra Vista Apartments) also infested with rodents and roaches that I was pregnant on a Saturday and the following Tuesday I was terminated. DO NOT LIVE OR WORK AT THESE PROPERTIES

I would rate 0 star (or even negative) if there was an option. I've lived here for 6 months now and can't wait to move out. Bugs have been everywhere since the very first day I moved in. Not feeling safe here. I even wanted to break the lease to move out but the break lease fee is too expensive ($1200 plus the "discount" you get when you move in). Be good to yourself and DO NOT MOVE IN.

Bad place to live, terrible customer service from managers. The gardens are always dirty. People always slaming doors, screaming, fighting. At least 4 of the 7 days of the week the police is in the parking lot. I have been living here for almost a year and can't wait to move out. If you want a save place to live this is NOT the place. Do not move here. The ladies at the office dont pay attention to compaints. I moved in here as I needed a place Fast, and cheap. A studio with Heat/AC and water included is about $445...$10+ month for pets. No security Dep required, but I was surprised on move-in day when I received the lease. A NON-refundable pet deposit of $150 was added. I checked Sierra Vista out during the daylight hours, and it seemed "OK". I've lived in much nicer complexes. The apt was dirty when I moved in,-about 10+ hours to clean it myself. A smashed cockroach on the wall- still there as I don't want to touch it. A filthy HVAC filter that blew dust into my face. ICK. Garbage
