Have been living here for a year, my cars been broken into, my husbands car has been stolen, have also seen multiple cars broken into. Seems like there always under new management as well, the only have cameras in front of their office so if you plan on moving here, watch out for thief’s and maybe set up your own cameras on your vehicles.

I’ve lived at terrible apartments before but this place… oh boy. The management is TERRIBLE. Previous management and current. Towed my car for expired tabs. Been trying to renew the lease for a few months now but they say they are busy and behind because of Covid. Understandable. But they somehow have the time to worry about expired tabs in the complex(only two months expired). Got a sticker on my car for towing, the same day I renewed my tabs online and had proof. They told me to email those pictures which i did. Two days later I walk out to go to work and my car is gone..

Loved these apartments when we first seen them they were nice and clean looking..we’ve been living here for a little over a year..management and maintenance is awful, communication with residents is good when trying to charge for unnecessary things(that have already been taken care of) and we never get responses about maintenance orders, phone call are rarely answered. It’s understandable they have plenty of residents but the lack or urgency and communication sucks..nothing but problems since the first day we moved in. Also understanding new staff come and go but no one can answer questions

I thought I would never leave a bad review about the apartment where I still live but here I am.. I’ve never experienced such a bad management in my entire life. It simply doesn’t exist. I’ve been having an issue with my neighbor for about 3 years. The neighbor’s smoking constantly on the stairs and small hall that we share together. Neighbor’s leaving trash outside the door for weeks and it smells rotten, stairs are all covered with the ashes and other garbage. I’ve been sending emails to the leasing office for about two years.. Nothing changes. Office doesn’t react on my emails

Best rental experience I've ever had. The ladies in the office are sweet as pie, especially the manager. Update 9/21; office employee turn over very high, customer service after you sign lease is very sub standard, and staff are fanatical about mask wearing, even outright rudeness.

This place is a dump and maintenance is non-existent. Take a look at the “resort-like” amenities for $1,500/month.

Honestly, not a bad place to live. Only downside is that the pool has been closed this Summer thanks to unmonitord youths. Quiet, and mostly clean. On the North side you can get an awesome hilltop view of Mt. Rainier from your balcony. Staff has always been courteous and quick to respond to issues. I like it here.

Terrible. Don't rent here. They will chase you down after you move for more money even if you paid every month on time and leave your place clean. Shameful.
In response to the Lodges reply:
I have never cleaned my apartment as well as when I did there and have never had my security deposit and additional fee of over $1200 charged to me on top of the security deposit. Damages? Please.
Collections said you told them I didn't pay last month's rent and that was a blatant lie. Just like so many other people have experienced, you're after money and that's it. And on top of it, chasing me down during

This apartment just took advantage of my elderly mother on Social Security - my mom kept that apartment spotless and barely used anything and just moved out. They took her whole deposit and are saying she owes another $800 to replace the tub and vanity. That is not her responsibility to update their property, when they gave her old stuff and never updated anything when she lived there. The new property manager said she doesn't know about any past stuff and nothing is reported, but you don't report wear and tear and just old stuff in an apartment. I'm reporting them as they are greedy and unethical
