Fima didn't explain much about how much my jewelry was worth. I got the sense that he was trying to make his offer based off of how much money I needed vs. what it was worth. I'd suggest going to other places and getting other offers before coming here first. Tries hard to get you to stay and sell your jewelry. Pays cash which was great. Nice guy, just do more research before selling blindly.

I called in advance and was given quotes for silver coins of average quality. When I arrived, Mark cut the amount he was willing to by more than half. They basically lure you in with market prices (I checked with multiple dealers), and then they try to steel your product by paying a a small fraction of actual value.
Never again! Total scam. They should just be honest and not waste people's time.

I sent in an image of 1/2 cttw diamond ring that I was looking to sell. The company reached out to me and requested I schedule an in person appraisal be done. I brought all of the paperwork with me detailing the item and it’s care over the time I’ve owned it. I purchased the ring a little over a year ago for $1k from a large reputable jeweler. During the brief appointment, no official appraisal was made (though it had been promised in both email and text message) and the gentleman proceeded to tell me the piece was worth nothing but that he would pay me $100 to take it off my hands. My first transaction with Luriya and Fima was professional and positive. I brought in a number of old coins that had soldered attachments (loops, etc) as well as some silver coins. While I'd hoped the collection would be of greater value, Fima explained how the alterations to the coins diminished their value greatly. I didn't leave rich, but I did leave with a good understanding of the reason for the valuation.

Complete disappointment. Stay away from these guys. Emil appraised a gold ingot and offered $200 which we accepted. He call an hour later to he want to talk about the ingot and could we come back to the store and renegotiate. Basically he want his money back. He never apologized or admitted he mistake on his part. He also intimated that what they usually do in this situation is file a police report...as if we had made the mistake. Terrible experience.

Quick, fast and fair. I found my experience very reasonable. I was interested in selling a very high end watch. I already had a number in mind and Fima came in at that number, then paid in cash.
