DO NOT move here. They have a rat infestation they refuse to get to the bottom of. I have been here since 10/2020. Everything was fine beside the normal maintenance request like ac, appliance fixing etc...This began about 2 months ago. They have had pest control out multiple times a total of 4 rats have been found. It started in my kitchen but due to holes they have been found in the bedroom as well. I have kids and the property manager REFUSES to do anything but have pest control come out and put sticky pads down. Pest control advised me that the complex has to lift the boards in the kitchen to

️They CURRENTLY have a RAT INFESTATION they refuse to do anything about! There are 4 apartments right at this very moment that have rats living in the walls of the apartments and the leasing office will not let people out of their lease or at the very least move them to a different apartment! MOVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK ⚠️!!

The worst apartments in Jacksonville! They need to shut these apartments down. The leasing office staff is beyond rude they never answer or never fix anything! When I moved in my carpets were clean, literally one month goes by and you see all of the dirt rising up and everything is filthy. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone! You will regret it

Ms.Shan has made this a ridiculously easy process for us! We're first time apartment hunters and after a long search, stepping into Auburn glen was breathtaking! The units are spacious, the pool is upkept and super clean, everybody is so friendly especially the staff! I couldn't recommend any place more than Auburn glen, we may be here for a long while!

I stayed there for One Whole year, I didn’t have any major problem. Actually I really enjoyed living there, all my neighbors was cool 😎, and I had a ball in my one bed room apartment which was down stairs so it was awesome for me, and the ladies love ❤️ how I had my apartment decorated, I had fun there and it was a pleasure living there.

I lived in these apartments for over two years and never had a bug problem of any sort. I went out of town for the weekend only to come home to bed bugs. I was informed by the Landlord that I bought the bugs to the unit and that I should pay for the pest control but I was already paying for pest control all year. I opted not to pay and I moved. Since I moved I am plagued with an eviction when I wasn't evicted. The owner is not a credible boss. I only gave the property two stars because the neighbors are what kept me around so long.

My mom Apartment completely flooded. Office staff is no help. Maintenance was very rude. They did not clean the carpet after sewer water completely damaged all rooms in the unit. We voice our concern about mold and neither the property manager or the maintenance team showed any concern. We reached out to corporate and no one has returned our call. The apartment completely stinks and furniture is ruin. Our next step will be the news. This is completely unacceptable being that they expect rent to be paid on time. This is the second major problem that has gone wrong. First the air conditioner unit

Final update: Only after filing a BBB report and reporting to corporate, they met me at my apartment door BEFORE the scheduled time, looked at the HVAC system and said it was "working fine". And stated any other fixes would have to be done in any way that would inconvenience me. They reported the issue as "resolved" but told the BBB I wasn't cooperative as I did not want them to keep entering my apartment without my consent or me there; I left work early a plethora of times just to be sure I'd be home when they came to improperly fix things. They entered MANY times

DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PROPERTY AT ALL, 0 STARS! We have lived here for almost three years. These buildings are infected with roaches, no matter how many times you call pest control every week the problem doesn't go away. Property management is completely UNPROFRESSIONAL. Look at their ratings and you wonder why they barely have three stars. Also, NOTE if you don't pay RENT on the first of the month they will hit you with a $100.00 late fee no EXCEPTIONS. They're running a LEGAL SCAM! They don't give a crap about their tenants, all they care about is to collect the money because

When moving into Auburn Glen Apartments, I thought it was a great move...WRONG CHOICE!!! Before signing my lease, I asked about the water fees and was told that it shouldn't be any more than $30/month. My water bill estimated out to about $25/month and trash $5. They did not tell me about this ridiculous sewer fee that is based upon your building's usage not just your own. The sewer fee ranged between $50-75 extra. Do not look at the rent amount thinking that you've made a great choice in living space. Once they've tagged on the additional fees, you'll be looking to pay

My fiance and I moved into Auburn Glen in August 2016. We stayed in a two bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. The location was amazing and the rent was fair compared to other apartments on the service road. While the apartment was not perfect, no apartment is! We had a few issues when we moved in - but filed maintenance requests and they came within 1 day to fix it. I see many reviews saying there are roaches. When we first moved in we saw a total of three roaches throughout a month, we called the front office and had the pest control spray inside our apartment every other week (this is included in the

A pretty "meh" apartment complex. The first few months I was here, the fire alarm went off 1-2 a month for 30 minute intervals. We never got an explanation about that. I didn't realize just how overcharged I was here until I moved to another, much better complex just up the road for basically the same rent. The floor of my apartment was uneven and the carpet was not installed correctly. Every night, there'd be several cars drive through the complex with their bass on full blast and there was a lot of emergency vehicles that would drive past the complex at night. The laundry

Typically I'm not one to write reviews, but in this case I'll make an exception. I'll make this short and sweet. Roach infested EVERYTHING. They are everywhere, all the time. Sure, you definitely get charged for pest control on top of your rent every month but I'm still waiting to actually see any resemblance of any form of pest control. Be sure to stock up on your raid!
24 hour laundry fauicities.. about that. Put my stuff stuff in the washer and got locked out. Had to call the front desk only to be told I had to relocate to the main fauicity where would need PURCHASE

I lived here back in 2010, I'm writing a review three years later because I still have not forgotten how terrible my experience with them was. infested with fruit flies, not from me, roaches, etc. when you move out the charge you a bunch of bs fees (oven cleaning $150... etc) don;t waste your time there are people who care with affordable rentals.

My apartment was infested with roaches when I first moved in. It took more than nine months for them to finally correct the problem. When I moved out, the tried to charge me over $300 for damages that were documented as present when I moved in. All in all you can do better for your money. The place is dirty, roach infested and they try bill you for bogus damage charges.

If you want to live in a place that doesn't feel like your own home, move to Auburn Glen!
Kitchens are not upgraded. When someone moves they just paint the counters and cabinets. No features. Appliances are extremely old.
Roaches, ants, and other various pests. Nutria are pretty popular around here. They put a $0 charge on your utilities bill but I've been here for almost 3 years and I have never seen a pest control van once.
The office staff is smug and rude. They get pleasure out of making you pay for all their little "amenities". You should have seen their faces when they
