They gave me a half working apartment. It was so much needed to be fixed and cleaned once I moved in. The sinks are not updated nor are a lot of their appliances. I believe something is wrong with my wiring because my lights keep blowing and they are putting the wrong bulbs in instead of getting the right long ones. Make sure you do a good walk thorough before moving in. Because clearly they will give you anything even if it’s not a great condition apartment. I cannot wait until my lease is up.

Worst apartment complex ever. Everything under the sun was wrong with my apartment. Not suitable for anybody to live in. The property manager should be ashamed at how they allow people to move in these half done apartments. I cannot wait until my lease is up and I haven’t even been here 6 months. Needs major upgrade on everything. Everything is extremely old and barely or not working at all.

Do NOT move here! I am currently still waiting for corporate to call me. The office staff is TERRIBLE! So here’s my story. I started the process in April. It’s now about to be August! Kris gave me a unit 2 weeks ago. She changed my unit 3 days prior to the move without telling me. Alabama Power had to call and tell me that the landlord was requesting service there instead. Now today is the day that I was supposed to sign my lease but Kris called me today stating that the contractors had not even been to the newly reassigned unit and that I’d have to be wait until at least next week. I am so glad that we terminated our lease early and are moving from these apartments. We ALWAYS have to call multiple times to get anything handled, but this last time was ridiculous. We have been waiting an entire week to get our sink fixed. If you turn on the water, water sprays all over the kitchen. Then isn't an emergency to them so the problem hasn't been fixed and I keep getting told, "it'll be fixed tomorrow." We can't cook or wash dishes, and the dishes that have been dirty this whole week are stinking up the apartment. They keep raising the rent, but NOTHING is improving here.

I've been living here since February and honestly this is the worst experience I've ever had in an apartment. The maintenance staff doesn't do anything. When I first moved in there was so much stuff that needed to be fixed in my townhome and here we are almost at the end of the year and nothing has been done. I've had a leak in my apartment since I moved in which has cause mold to form all over my home. My floors are sinking in and rising in most part of my home.
