I am more than pleased with my new home. The facilities are so nice and clean. The grounds are pretty. The office staff and the maintenance staff are always here to help with a pleasant attitude. Moving from my home of almost 50 years was very difficult, but lm confident that l made a very good selection.

I have lived at The HIll/ EAStbury apartmentss/condos for over a year. I picked them because of its great location , near UAB and downtown Birmingham. I grew up in HOmewood and it is like going home for me. The apartments are roomy , cozy with a great view. A nice pool and outdoor whirlpool and east waqlking to all the restaurants and shops in HOmewood. The management staff has been nothing but helpful and Mr. Raymond can fix anything that goes wrong. I feel safe and welcome here and it is home for me.

I have been at The Hill since November and could not be happier with my decision. I feel safe and enjoy the amenities. I utilize the gym and thoroughly enjoy walking to the grocery store, pharmacy and many restaurants. The staff is friendly and professional.
I would recommend The Hill and am proud to call it home.

We have lived here for 5 months and we couldn't be happier. The Hill at Eastbury has exceeded our expectations. Wonderful pool, summer kitchen with alfresco dining , and work out room. The indoor common space reminds us of Alys Beach. Jackie is the best manager, so thoughtful, responsive, and capable. Raymond and Cody are prompt and professional and take care of our every need.

I have really enjoyed my time at The Hill. I have lived here for close to two years and have always found the staff to be super helpful and if there is an issue (there rarely is) then they are super quick to respond. Ashley has done an awesome job of adding a personal touch and overall it has simply been a positive experience. Still can't decide if being so close to Cookie Fix and Big Bad Breakfast is a good thing or a bad thing, but The Hill has been great!!

Nicest apartment complex I have lived in! Recently renovated and in a great, safe location right in the heart of downtown Homewood! Walkable to everything! Ashley is awesome!! She was so accommodating with my move-in process and is always quick to respond to any questions! Would recommend the Hill Apartments to anyone!
