My lady and I lived here for 3 months while our home was being build. We were having a hard time finding a short term option until we found Parkside. It was a great experience although short. The staff was super professionals, especially Lauren and Denzel. Our service calls were attended immediately. They also had many fun events for the residences and my best experience I had of personal service was a time I left on vacation. I had left my surround sound on after I turned off my TV and I called the leasing office and one of the associates immediately without hesitation went to my apartment to

Not impressed with this place. Rent is very pricey for the area, and continually goes up even with renewals. The garage gates are constantly broken with the last repair taking over 6 weeks to fix. Extremely loud with construction, and the businesses behind the building. It feels like living in a college dorm with the constant emails of reprimanding about trash pick up, dogs or smoking. Even with emails and community rules, the top floors always smell like weed. Also very frustrating to have constant “maintenance” checks of people coming into your apartment, I have been home for many of them

SO happy to be living here! A little over 1 month and the experience has been wonderful across the board. Easy move-in with the lease, rent, and maintenance all online (and maintenance is quick to respond). The building is safe with a nice parking garage. I’ve already met many friendly people and pups. The gym and pool are great, as is the view over Railroad Park. Super convenient to UAB with Publix right around the corner. Quiet, clean. Special mention to Lauren Turner in the front office who has been incredibly helpful and available. She takes ownership of the building and tries to make everything

Birmingham apartment living at its best! Great staff that is always friendly and goes out of the way to assist residents with issues. Maintenance requests are addressed in a timely fashion as well (Not that there have been many request in my experience). Amenities are good with a nice pool, weight room and a dog spa! Views of the city and Railroad Park area are all outstanding! If looking for a new apartment complex to call home, this is a place definitely worth checking out!

We lived here for several years now and we LOVE it!!! The community is amazing and we have community events often. The management is great and always friendly. About 90% of the building are dog and pet lovers and it's a great community to have a pet in. And you just can't beat having Railroad Park as you front yard and the cityscape as the backdrop!!!!

This place has gone DOWN! The management is terrible! Air continues to go out! Issues with hot water! Garage gate is ALWAYS broken! Maintenance takes their time getting to work orders! Millane (regional) did NOTHING about this. I’ve reached out to a higher authority and has yet (6 days) to get a response! So unprofessional! I wouldn’t recommend my dog to rent at this place!

Building manager and staff are nice and most residents are ok. Issues with maintenance, they sometimes don't respond for days or don't fully fix an issue. My apartment has had ac issues due to the high heat index and were out of cool air for a week due to slow responses times. Other than that, great views, nice place, just issues with maintenance.

A beautiful view and wonderful community was destroyed when it was sold to a shell company within a shell company within a shell company called Birmingham Parkside, LLC and managed by LMS.
We lost most of the amenities at that point and plenty of the basics, like the ability to reach… rental managers, schedule maintenance, or choose where to have our own packages delivered. My husband and I tolerated it and planned to move out when our lease was up.
Instead, on January 17, the building caught on fire due to some electrical
